So far so good. Very impressed with product and excited to keep using the treadmill.
Treadmill is great, wife loves it. But for the love of god… stop using DX Delivery. They are absolutely awful, took 9 days to arrive with no updates on tracking history, good job I was in on the day to receive it.
Everything came on time and very nice quality
Item had been damaged in transit but thw company offered a very swift resolution. Good service 😊

Really good deal, great product which I'm using daily. I got the pink one without handrail and it works like a charm. Bit bummed it went down in price literally the day after I bought it, but that's not a knock, that's me not being able to wait The delivery took over a week but I was notified of this 🙂 Would definitely choose to use this company again. Would recommened

I haven’t received my order although DX say it was delivered but it hasn’t been. I’ve contacted home fitness who seem to be ignoring my messages and the delivery company aren’t taking responsibility either as they are telling me to contact home fitness. Disgraceful service so I’d defiantly avoid them and buy off of Amazon or a company that won’t xxxx you over! Looking at some reviews I’m not the only one that’s had this problem!
Excellent machine
Perfect size that doesn’t take up too much space, goes fast enough for you to jog. The wheels on the bottom make it easy to manoeuvre without scratching wooden floor. The modes are easy to understand and navigate.
Equipment faulty, waiting for confirmation as to how it can be returned so I can be refunded
Still waiting on my treadmill to arrive. Have contacted but no reply. Very disappointed as will be 2 weeks on Monday from I ordered it.
Delivered when expected and so far so good. Works and I’ve started to use it daily. So glad I bought this and when I can’t get out walking much due to work and kids it really helps me walk more and feel good
AWFUL customer service! They are telling me the treadmill has been delivered to my house but only the mat that goes underneath has. Rude, and flippant comments back, and no resolution. I have paid £199 for a foam mat, and NO TREADMILL. Save your money, and buy elesewhere. My drama via email continues...

The treadmill has arrived damage. The only way to communicate with customer service is via email and it takes 24+ hours for them to reply to each email. A week has passed, and I am still unable to arrange a replacement

Ik was zeer enthousiast om de loopband in huis te ontvangen en aan de slag te kunnen gaan. Hij kwam na een paar dagen binnen en ik vind hem toch te luid en te klein, maar zo ieder zijn ding. Hij is verder goed verpakt daar kan ik niet over klagen. Waarom ik 1 ster geef is de klantenservice. Het duurt lang voor ze terug mailen en ze doen zeer moeilijk als je een artikel wilt terugsturen en om een retourlabel vraagt ondanks er op de site staat 30 dagen bedenktijd! Ze mogen van mij hier wel wat aan gaan doen ik heb nu nog steeds een product in huis die ik niet wil!!!
