The transaction was quick and smooth especially as I chose the wrong product which I was able to get refunded swiftly to then order the right product. I was told a month from the payment day..... 6 weeks later I message to enquire where my order was and eventually I got a reply stating the order was delayed, but I was never informed of this, a few weeks later I rally got my delivery. Unfortunately given the unexpected delays I have now go to replace the flooring in my shower as it was ripped out prior to the expected delivery time. Klarna was already paid before I got my order just to show how long it took and as mentioned all the marine plywood will have to be replaced
Shed roof felt had a huge hole. Large cracks in some panels of shed. Hinges to door bent. Contacted customer service promised an email for replacement felt etc but not heard a thing after a week now. Was told 2 to 3 days

Was looking for new dining chairs, I was attracted as there was a reduction. Making the purchase on line was simple. Told when I would receive delivery, and chairs were delivered on exact date. Packaging was substantial, and goods were in perfect condition.

Not having a Homebase close to us we decided to order online. Seamless process and the £5 delivery charge was a bargain compared to the cost of driving.
My son ordered my paint on line the service was fabulous they left a mesage to my land line and then informed me when it would be delivered such a nice change to find a company who cares for customers.
Ordered panels from Belfast Store on 16/5/24 which the website told me in stock and available for click and i. Paid for them - money taken very efficiently of course - booked a taxi to the store to the store to be told that they had no stock! Up to 5 days for my money to be refunded as well. Taxi cost £15. Tried the Homebase in Craigavon on 17/5/24 - website informed me that there was 13 panels in stock. Ordered 4 via click and collect - money again taken very efficiently. Received message confirming my order and that they would be ready for collection after 10 a.m. on 18/5/24. On the 18/5/24 they rang me to say that the panels were in the warehouse and not to call too early for them. I left it to 4 pm and called in. No sign of any panels which were still somewhere in the warehouse and it could be days before they would be available! And of course, up to 5 working days for a refund. Total disgrace and sharp practice. Plus the store NEVER answer their phone and ot just directs you to their website.
