Where can I start? I bought a sofa last year with honeypot and loved it, sadly it became faulty and I emailed with my concern. I got a speedy response and a new part was sent out, unfortunately this did not work out and I spoke to honeypot again, they apologised and urgently tried to help me again, in the end my sofa was collected and a new one of my choice was given in its place! Amazing! Fatima was wonderful from start to finish keeping me in the loop and doing all the legwork and I am delighted with my new sofa, I cannot thank you enough for your exceptional customer service ! Second purchase from honeypot after I was let down by another company’s poor delivery service. The sofa arrived on time and the delivery staff were friendly. The sofa took 5min to set up. Overall pleasant service
Terrific service, Prior to delivery was kept completely updated with delivery schedule, the tracking feature for the day of delivery was great, saves having to sit around waiting. On delivery the crew were truly brilliant, respectful, friendly and had the sofa up and ready to relax within minutes. Highly recommended, great customer service throughout, and Sofa is of great comfort, transforms into a sofa bed within seconds too.

Lovely Sofa I bought the green, after accidentally burning my other one! Much more velvety than I expected it to be, I haven’t used it as a bed yet, but it is very firm, however for me very comfortable, the only thing I would say about it is when you pull the bed out there is a gap between the two parts joining, this is easily remedied however with a mattress topper, I would rate this a really lovely Sofa, the service was great. They put it together in about 10 minutes, I would definitely recommend the company, the service, and the Sofa for comfort and lovely lovely lovely green colour , and lovely material
Brilliant and fast
Prompt efficient service and an excellent product..Good value for money One if the few that I looked at that makes a good size double bed suitable for two adults. It's been slept on twice and is apparently very comfortable I did buy a mattress topper for it though. I can recommend this company .
Bought a sofa. And told me the day before it was coming that they didn’t even have it. So had to wait longer. Even worse I sold my old sofa ready for the new one as don’t have the room.so sat on the floor for a couple of weeks. And to say sorry They gave me a storage box that matches the grey sofas. Mines a black sofa. So yea. Can’t even use it. Then when the lads who set up the sofa left decided to fill the side of my house with cardboard and plastic. Nice one.

Simple, totally transparent of all cost at competitive prices! No more paying £174 a week, lots of payment options again at prices that compare to larger bigger, more advertised companies. Delivery was smooth, on time and with live tracking which I appreciate as it gives me time to get to the door before my dog.
