Love hot shots. I use the fuel treatment (EDT) at every fuel up and now use the Trans fluid along with docs diesel Trans filter. Also put the oil treatment in.... well the oil and notice a quite engine, 550+ miles between regens and around 14.5 mpg. 187k on bone stock engine minus a banks derringer, pedalmonster, aluminum cold air pipe, carli leveling kit and cp4 disaster prevention kit. There was a issue with a leaking bottle. I didn't even call and say anything. They called me asking if I received the order. I just mentioned about the leaking bottle. No questions asked, they sent out a replaced. They have excellent customer service. Which is difficult to find in today's age.

Probably no fault of yours but I still haven’t received my purchase which was made April 19, today is May 5. UPS says it was damaged and returned to you. Apparently it’s been reshipped. I’ve been driving a qt low on oil for 2 weeks now because I expected the additive when I had the truck serviced a requested them to leave room for your product. I really wished you would have sent the replacement “next or 2nd day” air.
