Hello, I’m a Plumber, i purchased this heated towel bar from your company because the building prints specified it. A couple days after placing the order i found out the customer had changed their mind and told the contractor but not me. I sent a email to your customer support about needing to return this product and they were very helpful and explained what i needed to do. I should receive my refund soon. The experience was complicated in the respect that the company was supportive and did everything they could to make the experience work. Unfortunately Fed X damaged the radiator and Hudson Reed had to send a new one. I sent a note with pictures and the next day they sent me a new one. The project had to be slowed because of this minor part. They made it right as quickly as they could, thank you Curtis.

I bought two of the 1000W electric radiators for our living room. The first set were pretty badly damaged from shipping. Hudson Reed's customer service on this issue was great, though, and they sent me two replacement radiators pretty quickly with more padding on the packaging. One of them was still a bit dinged but otherwise they were fine. The products themselves work and look great! While I'm pleased with Hudson Reed's customer service in fixing this issue, it's annoying that we still need to get rid of a couple damaged (and really heavy) radiators. From looking at other reviews, it seems several North America customers have this same issue. I'd suggest HR drops FedEx as their carrier for these.
Once I figured out the best time to call with the time change, the representatives were very helpful with responding to my request for a part for a discontinued shower regulator thing.
ALTHOUGH WE HAD SOME SHIPPING ISSUES HUDSON REED TOOK CARE OF THE SITUATION AND MADE IT RIGHT. MY EMAILS AND CORRESPONDENCE WERE ANSWERED FAST AND WITH CONCERN.
This was our first order from Hudson Reed, the towel warmer came in damaged (probabily in transit) the customer service rep was very good and sent out a replacement right away. it came a few days later in perfect shape. the product is good quality with a nice finish
A great towel warmer....the radiator wrench was metric which was hard to find in the US.
The radiators were not delivered on time, at least one was damaged, and parts were missing at the time of delivery.
