Terrible! I still haven't recieved my £1000 TV! First off, if you're buying from Hughes because they allow you to choose a delivery day then don't bother, they don't stick to it. I could have gotten the tv from richer sounds for £100 less, but went with hughes for this exact reason, as I work away from home a lot and being able to choose the day my tv arrived was worth paying the extra for. I come home from work nearly a week later, to find a 'sorry we missed you' card. What is the point of turning up on a random week day, 5 days late to deliver a tv and just expecting me to be home for it?! Am I supposed to just take every day off work now and hopefully the TV will just arrive at some point! They also said I would recieve a text on the morning of delivery, with a time slot, which I never got, not that it would be much use on the random day they decided to turn up. Lastly, trying to chase up where the TV has gotten to by speaking to customer services is so frustrating. Every response I got was a generic 'we're sorry for the inconvenience - we'll look into it for you' but never any solutions! I was planning on getting a sound bar for a similar price from them too, but i think in the future, I'll stick with Richer Sounds, never had any issues with them, and always great customer service.
