Ordered a top recently and the wrong colour was sent, I called customer services and they sent a replacement but the wrong colour was sent again. I called them frustrated as I wanted it for the weekend and I knew I’d have to do another trip to the post office for another return. Another item I ordered wasn’t the best quality either and I sent it back. I was a customer for many years and recently returned to order more items but I feel the quality just isn’t what it used to be.
I’ve just received my gorgeous dress. It’s a beautiful colour, great quality and a lovely flattering design. I can’t wait for the warmer weather so I to wear it. It arrived very quickly and well packaged. I had a query and emailed them and customer service was excellent.
I first shopped with Hush over a decade ago, when the range was a lot smaller and I was obsessed with their henley tops. The clothes are always great quality and noticeably longer lasting than other places I buy from. I recently bought a gorgeous hoodie in the sale, well actually I bought 2 for sizing options and sent one back. The returns process was easy and quick. I’m always happy with Hush!
Very poor customer service. Impossible to return items. Waiting 2 weeks for a return label after numerous emails and calls. Would not recommend this company.
Excellent customer service! I wanted to return a top and when I mentioned that I didn't have a printer at home, they immediately put a form and a return label in the post and sent it to me.
I recently had an experience with Hush that I feel compelled to share. After purchasing a blazer from them, I decided to leave a review detailing my honest thoughts about the product. However, to my disappointment, my review was not published by Hush. In my review, I highlighted both the positive aspects, such as the stylish design and color, as well as the significant flaw I encountered with the fabric quality. Despite my review meeting the guidelines outlined in their terms and conditions, it was not shared on their website. As a consumer, I believe it's important to have access to honest feedback. It's disheartening to see that Hush chose not to publish my review.
Had to write again as after a previous bad experience it seems Hush have got it together again. I ordered a jacket. It arrived quickly and was beautiful, excellent quality for the sale price I ordered it at, but unfortunately the colour, gorgeous bright pink just as shown on the website, did nothing for my complexion. I reluctantly returned it, the process was very straight forward and I received a refund very quickly. Well done to Hush for addressing the previous concerns.
My parcel was never delivered and customer service has been useless, sending me the same stock reply without looking into the case or replying to my questions !
I purchased shoes for my husband and I have yet to receive them. Used the shop pay app since its easier, paid in full, got a receipt, but have not recieved an order confirmation, shipping or tracking info. Yet they took the funds from my bank immediately. Which they had no business doing if they hadn't shipped out anything. I've tried to reach out numerous times to their email, and no contact. At this point I just want my money back I can go elsewhere, I don't even want the darn shoes now. Contacting my bank next.
I bought a lovely soft wool Hush jumper that was £125 in John Lewis reduced to £65 on a girlie trip to Leeds. Washed once by hand, pulled into 'shape'. It now has that horrible shrunken ' tight' look to it. Heartbroken. I'm not wasting my money on this rubbish again and I paid half price !
To be honest I haven’t contacted hush yet but wanted to make others aware, I purchased a teal jumper recently from hush and it was perfect when it arrived I loved the feel and fit, I washed it and then hung it on an airer to dry, when dry it was like a completely different jumper, it had gone very woolly and stiff and at least one size smaller, I thought I had probably washed it at too high a temperature so ordered another to replace it, the replacement has arrived and this is just like the jumper I have washed, woolly pile and stiff, so I believe it was returned by another customer and then sent out to me as new!!! This is appalling practice and I believe this hasn’t been the first time I’ve been sent returned items from hush I shall be contacting them for their comments and a refund but wanted people to be aware of this

Recently bought a pair of brushed cotton pyjamas in the sale. Love them. They came in a little, matching bag. Pattern is crazy and makes me smile, very warm during the cold spell. Little on charge side but not an issue as they are for logging on a chill out night. Went back for a second pair in a different design and none in my size.

Hush delivered my items very quickly. The items were packaged securely, but with a minimum amount of extra packaging, which is great for the environment.
