I ordered two suits with huub during their 2 for 1 week special offer with Chloe. Unfortunately the courier DPD mislaid them. I contacted Huub and spoke to Daniel in customer services, and explained the dilemma and that the suits were needed for an Ironman events and swims I am doing in memory of a friend and Cancer Research UK 🇬🇧 . Daniel showed great empathy and understanding and sent two replacement suits out straight away, which I have received today. As a coach and athlete, I have wore huub kit and used their products most of my life and found them to be reliable and of good quality. I will continue to recommend huub products to my athletes and continue to participate in events using them myself. Thank You very much Chloe and Daniel, great job and wishing you both and the team at huub all the very best for 2024 and 2025. This goggles are superb. I use them with prescription lenses and they are fantastic. Only used in pool so far but cannot see why sea swims therexwould would be any issues Highly recommend Already owned a pair but got a back up pair as well
