I bought the new tanning mousse in dark. Shook the bottle as told then opened the lid and it went everywhere. The pump sticks all the time too. Had high hopes for this but would not purchase again also not very dark and bit patchy
Once again I find myself giving them a bad review! Thought I’d give them another chance but yet again, terrible customer service! Placed a substantial order on 26th April, we are now 8 days on, Sat 4th May and still NO package and NO answer from customer service. Never ordering again, just be wary, they are horrendous to deal with!!!
Quick delivery foundation not cakey and being 62 didn’t think it was for me eye shadows not glittery just a nice shimmer and no chrease
Absolutely appalling lack of customer service. Had a lip balm, it won’t twist up. Sent video evidence, they confirmed it was received and agreed faulty. 10 days now of emailing and chasing for a refund. They ignore complaints and are happy to take your money.
Bought the new face tan product , after one spray the colour is awful ! I look ill with yellow undertone , I reached out to customer care and was told they won’t do anything about! I’m so very disappointed! Wasted money ! Be worn!
My new go to I’ll admit, right now it’s a combo of Iconic London and Seint makeup. They work beautifully together. I’m a minimalist with what I put on my face. I’m good with brows, lashes, and lips, but when I need a touch more to look like I’m 40 instead of 50+ Iconic London does the trick
I had the concealer bought on line and it was a perfect match This is the best concealer I have ever used I have really dark foundations Circles under my eyes and this concealer covered them in one application ( normally I have to layer concealer on ) but with this I didn’t and it gives you a nice glow as well I also bought the prep set and go spray and this is brilliant- makeup stays on longer and gives you a healthy airbrushed glow Great products
I have been using ICONIC London makeup now for 6 years and cannot fault their beautiful creations, each one uniquely made and glowing to perfection. I am always complimented on my makeup when I’m wearing their brand 💖 I recently ordered their beautiful ICONIC London luscious glow baked highlighter and stunning ‘Busy’ lashes. However my delivery unfortunately never arrived, not due to ICONIC London but due to my Evri delivery service where it was lost in transit. I chased this up with the ICONIC London team and one of their customer service team Hannah was so helpful and accommodating and has provided me with another order of the make up straight away at no extra cost despite ICONIC London not being at fault. I would highly recommend this brand, you will never be disappointed in their beautiful products, only wondering why you’ve never ordered it sooner 😍 Customer service 5 🌟

I’ve purchased a few items over the past few weeks, they have been amazing products: bronzing drops, blurring primer, highlight pencil, skin tint, roller glow, eye shadow pallets. But 1 package arrived battered and contents damaged, I contacted Iconic London who replied back quickly and issued me a replacement straight away. Iconic London have always provided me with great service and the products are lovely and great value

THE BEST makeup I have come across. I have very sensitive skin. This is the only make I found to be light and still provide coverage. It hasn’t reacted to my skin. And hasn’t dried it out. This make up is well worth the money! I will 100% be sticking with this brand!
First experience with Iconic and its products and so disappointed ! Husband purchased me a gift set via another well known online retailer and although I love the products the customer service has been shocking. One of the bottles has a clear manufacturing fault ( it’s leaking ) so it’s making a mess and I’m losing the product. I’ve reached out several times to customer support and they are refusing to acknowledge the matter and saying repeatedly that I need to go back to the person he bought the set from. It’s part of a gift set and I’ve obviously used the products and I don’t want to return the whole lot as I honestly love them all. I had an issue with a major makeup brand with a similar fault ( Estée Lauder ) and despite me purchasing via a third party they acknowledged the issue and sent me a replacement and an apology as a gesture of good will. So disappointing that Iconic don’t follow the same ethos. Products are amazing ( the ones that don’t leak ) but customer service and after sales care is so disappointing!!!
Love the products, my skin has never looked better and they all feel light and not heavy. Makes for a great natural look. Shipping has been super fast and I like the "freebies" that come with most orders
I placed an order with a promotion, the promotion was advertised at time of purchase (I took a screenshot.) but they did not include the brush set with purchase. They not give me the option to return the order for a refund either. I feel completely let down by the purchase really as I only ordered at that time to receive the brush set as it was a gift. Would not purchase from them again. I emailed them regarding it and they were really unhelpful, just quoted some terms and conditions that were at the bottom of the website page. If the promotion had ended or was out of stock then it shouldn’t have still been advertised or they should have let me know before shipping/sent a different brush set. There was alot of options they could have done to make it right. Its a shame, I wouldn’t order from them again
I bought the eyeliner and used it on Saturday, it went in easy. I was very satisfied I love iconic products.
Never received order. I wrote and the was sent a form to fill out regarding lack of parcel arriving. Filled in form - and not heard anything since. £20+ down the drain.
