Don't go by the delivery times and the awful customer service. Paid for the express shipping and haven't received and it's been the time of the standard shipping. When I question why they have an option for express to Ireland I was ignored. So I will have to pay to get it returned because its not here on time for my event due to the lies being told on the site delivery times. Beware of customer service not answering a question you have repeatedly asked and even asked to be put onto someone that can answer me and according to their problem solving skills if they ignore you "problem solved". Absolutely ridiculous they still have 1-2 working days express when they give it to An Post and they have not received the item yet. No problem taking your money but all you get told is "it's on the way".

Had some issues with in the style customer service with not responding to me despite trying different ways. However I managed to get on the live chat today and spoke to a lovely lady called Danielle who sorted my issues in less than 2 minutes. Get more staff like her please.

Refund process is ridiculously slow

Refund process is ridiculously slow. You conveniently have the staff in operation to take people’s money and get orders out on next day with regard to refund you say it’s 14 days, would understand if part of this is transit to the warehouse but to acknowledge receipt of a parcel in your warehouse and then still no refund 8 days later is terrible customer service. I sent back a Boohoo parcel at the same time and they refunded the same day they received the parcel, so cleared funds the next day. As it stands that’s 7 days faster than ITS- and I’ve not even had an email even stating the refund is being processed. Contacted customer services only to be told to be patient as it’s 14 days and if I don’t hear anything then I need to chase them. Shocking. Won’t be ordering again, making interest on someone else’s money doesn’t sit right with me and to date this is the slowest refund with any online purchase I’ve ever had the experience of.

Very poor customer service

Having placed an order (same dress in 2 sizes) I found myself being rushed into hospital & subsequently missed the 14 day return time by a few days. I contacted customer services & explained the situation & asked that I be allowed an extension to the return. I was catagorically told NO!! I reiterated my exceptional circumstances & asked them to reconsider again to be told NO was their final word!! Harsh is an under statement & will never shop here again

Really disappointed with my service

Really disappointed with my service. Emailed several times asking to change my product has I ordered to wrong thing! Got completely ignored and my order was dispatched even after emailing several times to avoid this. Will have to wait return item and go elsewhere to a store that actually pays attention to the customers

Ordered a top, when the top was finally delivered it was completely the wrong top and size. I emailed them to get it sorted and no reply, I’ve sent the top back and now have to wait 14 days for a refund on something that wasn’t my fault. Delivery is slow, refunds are slower and customer support is non existent!

Didn't recieve what I ordered with no explanation or anything..had to chase it up to find out what had happened. Apparently item wasn't in stock even though it showed it was on the website...and was told must be a glitch. I paid postage but never got that back even though I only got half my order. I had to contact them to find out what had happened..would not recommend this company..very poor service.

Great service from a company who even delivers overseas!

Ordered an item for my daughter in Australia (by the way; how amazing to find a British company that offers direct delivery all over the world!), but we thought the parcel had gone astray. I contacted 'in the style' who said that if if doesn't arrive then they could send another or refund my money. The item did then arrive a few days later and my daughter is delighted with it! Great service!

Petite sizing needs some work but customer service is on point!

I have to say although I did not have much luck with the sizes in my recent order (turns out any petite lengths are still far too long for me 🙁 ) the customer service I received from Brandon when there was a problem with my return was great. They provided timely replies, were always professional and helped me to resolve my issue! Thank you.

Lovely items. Slow at returns. Brilliant customer service once I got hold of them.

Once I managed to get hold of customer service Brandon was super helpful regarding a return. The returns process was really simple but I did have to chase customer services for a refund after 2 weeks. I think this is abit long to wait for refunds personally but I guess everyone has different lead times. The items I received were really lovely and as per the website but just didn't fit.

Very poor customer service, purchase was lost, customer service personnel made out that I was the one in the wrong, when the item had not been delivered correctly to chosen location. Took hours for a response using the online chat and even emails took days for a response. Avoid this company.

Ordered and paid for next day delivery. They sent my parcel to asda. When I went to get it I was told they threw it on the CS desk took a pic and left. Asda will not accept parcels this way only the the toyou app. I was told I was lucky asda kept it instead of discarding it. Fast forward to sending it back. I sent the item back mid April and still waiting for my money. CS is diabolical. The whole company is disgusting. Avoid
