Had a great experience getting a tux here for my wedding! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a custom suit or tux!
I'm buying my third Indochino suit because, let's just say, my measurements changed during the pandemic. Skye the tailor was super patient and nice and helped me find a nice fabric for a suit and shirt. It was more expensive than my suits were in 2019 but so is everything. I still think this is a bargain for nice quality, custom tailored suits and would recommend it to anyone.

We went into Aventura with an appointment we were greeted by Jose. The reason for our visit was my lifelong best friend is getting married and I wanted to give him a custom suit for his wedding while I was there. I also got a custom suit made my friend and I, couldn’t be any different in shape and size and José treated us both with Professionalism
Came in with my cousins to get measured and order suits for an upcoming wedding. Todd and Joshua did a great job of helping out and giving us feedback on what choices to make on our suits. Their knowledge, patience, and fashion taste made this experience enjoyable and made us confident that we would look good on the big day. Highly recommend.
Max made the whole experience so easy. Very professional. Just hoping that the suit gets here in time for our event in 35 days.
Overall the service provided by Bryan was great from him explaining the specifics of the design and different options such as colors, styles, etc. He was very helpful and we are grateful to experience an excellent customer service.

We purchased a suit from Indochino for our wedding day. After 5 month, six contacts with customer service, two visits to the Indochino showroom (2 hours away) and having our suit fully remade, the remade suit still has incorrect features added to the suit and it not tailored properly. Do not waste your time. The quality is not great and the customer service is not either.

First and foremost Shane and the tailor went over and above! I bought a tux for wedding in Miami and the pants were just a bit snug. Figured I would just roll with it for the wedding and the next day then get them tailored by Indochino after the wedding For future use. I show up Friday day before the wedding and Shane says man we will take care of this today so you are ready for the big event tomorrow! I mean this is exactly what you want from your brand and employees! Must also give props to Cody who was also fantastic when arranging my times to come in. These folks are the face of your brand and are fantastic! Kudos to Shane, Cody, and the tailor! Top notch service!
I booked an appointment to select and get measured for a suit at the downtown Toronto location. Ahmed provided great service helping me select the suit and taking my measurements to get a great fit!
Appointment at 2pm , was a little late. Jeff helped me walk through the process, great advice, I was in and out in less than an hour!
Sky the tailor in Madison Ave location helped us 2x so we could get our shirts and suits fixed up. My frustration is first salesperson (not Sky) sold my son French cuff shirts that didn’t fit into the width of the sleeves. Wasted a lot of time. Sales should never sell a package that doesn’t work together.
Absolutely terrible experience. I had to go in 3 different times because the tailoring was so bad. They tailors just overruled any of my concerns or wishes and did what they wanted. I finally gave up and tried to reach their online support which just led me back to the same exact business/tailor that had been so bad. They refuse to do anything even though the suit fits horribly.
