Bought a set of HP No. 62 B/W and Color cartridges from the store located at Erin Mills and Millcreek. Both products had expired, actually one was a year ago. The price charged was almost same as a new cartridge. That is not honest business.

I notified you in my telephone conversation that my previous order the blue (Cyan) ink was completely empty therefore making the whole set useless so I had to use my second set, your sales adviser stated that this would be replaced however my new order has arrived but without a replacement please advise
