Sent flowers for an anniversary. They were beautiful and the couple were really happy with them.
I wanted flowers delivered to mother in USA who is a home with Dementia. I got an email to say they would not be delivered till later this week. I found this upsetting adviced the reason why I wanted them on time and they then advised they would deliver next day and also gave me 25% back. I was not very happy about the situation.

All good aside from not sending an email to confirm order was delivered - I had to ask for this
The bunch was much smaller than normal. Could get a much bigger bunch for a 1/3 of the price from a florist
