******************DO NOT BE A VICTIM OF INVICTA STORES*************** Invicta Stores online is a business designed to lie and cheat foreign customers, shipping watches without testing it, bad and inadequate packaging, when received faulty tried calling them for help they just don't help. Their manager is out of touch, unhelpful. Beware of spending money buy the same product from a repuatbel businesses.
I had to ship my first order back due to the wrong sizing and received my refund fairly quick. My second order ended up being three new watches instead of one. I absolutely love all three. The prices and quality are great. I highly recommend Invicta Watches to anyone.
Making the order was easy, was fast and free and everything arrived in great shape and on time.

Invictastore.com insult eu costumers by forcing them and redirect to invictastores.eu/ The problem is invictastores.eu/ They have less watches to buy and horrible deals if compared same watch in Invictastore.com and invictastores.eu/ invictastores.eu is always more expensive than Invictastore.com... Yes I include with vat. It is as costumers still cheaper with vat to buy from Invictastore.com. Somehow it feels like invicta hates their own costumers. They force their eu costumers with less chooses and more expensive watches. I would not have any complain if all invicta watches that were up for sale in usa be Accessed for eu costumers too and the right price that are sold in usa. Vat is not the problem for us. As it right now invictastores.com since the update is horrible experience for eu costumers.

Bought a watch for my girlfriend. It came broken. Took me an hour to fix the band. P.O.S. never ever again will i buy a P.O.S. watch from invicta. I will stick movado and bulova. Have your watches and your invicta channel, shove it.
Watch arrived in a couple of days, and is breathtaking.
The prices on Invicta watches are good and when you can get additional discounts on the already low price makes the prices even better especially since my son loves the extra large face watches!

Emailed customer service as it had been 3 weeks and still hadn’t received my orders. Rep named Diego tells me these exact words- “Since your package is marked as shipped, we will no longer be able to assist and we suggest you contact the carrier.” How rude is this???
