Excellent services and quick delivery
I just bought a Ferragamo white hug mini purse from the site. I received the purse, and it looked fine so I threw away the box. When I went to use it, the purse immediately fell to the floor because the connecting hardware was faulty. I wrote to them asking them to replace the connecting hardware. I sent my receipt email which included a picture of the purse and a picture of the faulty hardware. They sent me back a long email asking for a picture of all the box with the mailing labels( threw it away) the serial number (couldn't find one) and about ten other items. When I couldn't come up with the items they said it was a requirement and they filed the complaint as "resolved". They didn't even acknowledge the problem or give me advice on how I should proceed. They simply said I don't have these ten items to prove I had purchased from them so they wouldn't proceed with any discussion. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
I bought a Dior polo shirt. Very few online shops offer Dior products. The price was lower than that in Hong Kong. The ordering process was smooth, but it took more than four days to ship out the order which reflects inefficiency. Packaging was good for protection of the goods inside. My order was placed on 20 April 2024 with order #00548603.

It is easy to see why the number of bad reviews is growing with this website. Their service is awful and the quality of their items is less than what is acceptable for these luxury brands and price points. I ordered a pair of Celine sunglasses from the website and it arrived without issue. After wearing them for less than 3 weeks, the glasses slipped from the neck of my shirt as I went to pick something up. No problem, drops happen, scratches happen, and normal wear and tear is to be expected. What was not acceptable was the gold signet on the temple popping off. What kind of a luxury item falls apart at all, let alone in less than 3 weeks. Upon further inspection I also noticed that one of the arms was bent, while the other was perfectly straight. These two aberrations told me that the item was defective from the beginning. I let customer service know and they said that they don't have warranty on their products and that they wouldn't be able to do anything for me. They said I should go to a specialty repair shop and that since I dropped them it was my fault. I take accountability for the scratches no doubt, but the gold signet popping off should not have happened from an innocuous fall, nor should one of the arms be bent. They were patronizing and dismissive. I should have just purchased directly from a Celine retailer as they offer a 2 year warranty unlike these crooks who are clearly selling returned items or defective items at a slightly cheaper price than their luxury counterparts. Do yourself a favor and just purchase directly from brands, its clear that any issues you experience will not be resolved, or will be done at your own expense.

Excellent pricing for current designer handbag and very swift shipping
I recently traveled to Europe and fell in love with a Ganni bag. When I returned to the States, I tried to find the bag online. The best price I saw for the bag was on Italist so I ordered it, even though I had never before used the site. Well, the bag arrived very promptly and it is exactly as described and pictured. I love it! I am definitely ordering from Italist again.
