Got a problem with an earbud 2 months after purchase, it didn't play any sound but it still connected normally, charged etc. I wrote at least 10 emails and and they didn't reply once... unacceptable for a brand with a premium price tag.

i only had my Jabra Enhance Plus $799. for 14 mths and the LEB will no longer charge.. Customer Service was horrible..i only wore and needed the Left bud..my warranty was up? now what? this is really sad for someone ,like me, who lives on a limited budget..their name does not proceed them..

The headset has great mic pickup and noise-cancelling. The neckband is very sturdy and can be comfortable if worn properly. If not worn properly it will cause a little discomfort. I like to wear mine just a little above my ears so that it's not actually resting on my ears. It's very lightweight and sometimes I almost forget it's there. For those of us Samsung folks, it will work great to do Whatsapp calls, but will not work to record Whatsapp or Telegram voice messages. The phone automatically switches back to the phone's microphone. This is a problem with Whatsapp, not Jabra. If you have an Apple, however, it will work just fine to do voice messages.
Great sound, good service and they fit exact in the ears and there's no risk to loose them during sport.

Unfortunately Jabra didn’t sell a case to jabra 7 which are new. I had to buy jabra 10 but got deducted 15%
Great sound! easy controls,super comfortable! .But after about 15 months one bud keeps dropping out to the point that they are unusable.Unfortunately these were a replacement pair for a set that had the same problem.When they are working i think they are the best buds i've had.
I give 5 stars because the support was extremely helpful, quick and interested in my problem. In addition, the headphones are just great, very comfortable material, great sound and a long-lasting battery! 💪

Very unhelpful customer support team and for that reason I will not be buying any of their products again. Customer service is very important, not just the quality of the product, especially if you want repeat business and loyalty from your customers. They also do not offer out of warranty repairs, even if you would prefer that option in order to avoid the product going into landfill, so no respect for the environment.
The Jabra Product quality is very good and service support is fantastic, service executive attending customer very politely and efficiently
