Bosch system on Orbea emtb would not switch on. Matt from jejames informed me it would cost £760 to repair. Despite being well out of warranty he managed to obtain a replacement motor foc from Bosch as a goodwill gesture. I cannot thank Matt enough for saving me £700 and being so delightfully helpful. Dealt with in a very professional manner. Especially when they supplied an incorrect item, my fault not theirs. The item was returned the same and a refund is in the process of being paid.
Ordered a grey bike and got a cream coloured one they said its warm grey? its magnolia. Very poor quality tyres, used bike twice and got 2 punctures, only a week old and I have had to buy better tyres.
I got my bike through the cycle to work scheme, very helpful service and great online service too, the service was quick and easy to use and their email communication was top notch, bike arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted. I purchased a second order of bike lights that arrived on time and in great condition, I will be buying via JE James cycles more often as their prices are cheaper than most !!! Very happy customer
After losing a crank and pedal, I was expecting a timely and expensive trip to get this fixed. JE Cycles Rotherham sorted this within the hour and charged loose change. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Great bike fantastic ride and very easy to put together the staff I spoke to was so helpful only problem was there wasn’t pedals included I thought they was included but thats the only downside otherwise great experience
Well I did not expect to be buying another bike and leaving a review so soon after the last one but here we are.haha some clouds do have a silver lining….. 10 out of 10 for prices and service again. Everyone I’ve spoken to was top notch. But especially thanks to Lewis and Phill New bike is absolutely amazing. Thanks guys
Absolutely mortified. I ordered a hamax siesta baby bike seat. Item arrived in an unbranded box with the parts loose and knocking about the box, with a piece of bubble wrap just thrown over the top of the baby seat so the seat itself was not secured in the box and was free to just bounce about inside the box during transit. This is a product for a baby, not acceptable!! Was there’s more…. The item has also arrived in USED condition, there’s are scratches, and mud, up the back of the item and over the foot sections, the instructions are in a sorry state and just thrown into a carrier bag. No where during the ordering process did it state I was ordering a second hand product, if it had I would not have paid full price, furthermore I would not have ordered at all! I have tried to review the seat itself on the j e James cycle page but conveniently it keeps flicking to a page that says not allowed! Can’t get through to them via telephone, so it’s a waiting game to see if someone decides to get back to me via email. I am mortified that this company feels that this is an acceptable way to send out an item for anyone let alone a baby! Disgusted! First and last time using this company!
