I recently purchased the trolley bag from Jekyll, I could tell that they seemed high quality but when I got the trolley it was even better than what I thought. There was a small issue that came up and the customer support was top notch and fixed the issue right away. Would highly recommend any day!
It took a bit of waiting for the delivery, but once it got here it was exactly what I expected and maybe even better!
Easy to navigate website and I found a wallet I liked, the promotional 10 or 15% discount off the first purchase made it easy to close the deal. The Jekyll and Hide service, experience and delivery were all expectional. I will defiantley be purchasing again from this company.

I must confess guilty as charged..... I am a Jekyll and Hide addict through and through. Best quality leather products that are functional with a great feel and built fit for purpose. and for travelling it first everything I need to have readily accessible and does not take up too much space but packs a punch in regards volume....cliched as the review may sound I am a customer for life not just because of the products but the customer support in the UK and South Africa is awesome
There is a lot of room for Jekyll and Hide to improve their customer service. I bought a bag, the stiches under a shoulder strap starts coming off. I emailed them, a week later I informed them I was about to contact consumer affairs. They replied and said my email went in their spam. Then they said I must pay return postage if I want to have the bag repaired. I will contact fair trading. And obviously Jekyll and Hide has lost my trust. You will make a purchase at your own risk, their customer service is not ready to look after you. Yes, it is correct. I have received your email. It looks promising, I will update the issue as it progress. Thank you. Updating: As soon as I asked Jekyll and Hide for their courier's details, they stopped responding, now another week passed. Stop Hide(ing) from your customers, that's not the smart way to do business. BTW, I will apply to fair trading either on Friday 15th March or this weekend. Very disappointing indeed! New update: Thank you for sending me the new bag. I have received it. It looks better. I appreciate the fact that you have sent the replacement bag before retrieving the faulty one. It shows a strong will to rectify the situation. And thank you for your trust. I will contact you to return the original bag. Have a good one.
*** Updated: Customer service contacted post original review and an alternate wallet sent. Though its better than the original by a long way, as the original was shocking. Front pocket on the alternative however too tight to fit a card, told it will ease over time but not sure how if you can't use it. Main compartment feels ok at present. So, all in all certainly a lot better than original wallet though it won't be my intended daily driver for commuting and will have to look elsewhere.
I am wallet collector and have many famous brands in my chest. I was skeptic before purchasing a zippered wallet from them. However, I took a leap of faith and ordered this one! Oh boy! the quality seems even better than those premium ones I have! The design is well thought of and this compact one will do anything you throw at it. Plenty of spaces for cards, visiting cards, money and coins. It’s beautifully crafted with the finest of leather! In short, this company has my full confidence and I will be buying other products from them, again! The service was spot on and the wallet was with me within days! Highly recommended!
I placed an order with Jekyll and Hide 3 weeks ago - a birthday present for a birthday that happened 2 weeks ago. First I was told the foil letters I ordered couldn't be done - that wasn't too much of a problem. A week ago I received someone else's gift, which I returned promptly. I've been phoning customer services this morning to get an email which says they can't give me any information as they have a power cut!!
I bought the Berlin briefcase 💼 from this company, and what an excellent quality of a bag it is! I really love it. The only issue is the high price but if you buy with a discount it’ll be great. I’ll give well deserved five stars for the excellent quality.
Jekyll and Hide wallets are top quality, I also have a montblanc wallet (x5 the price) and they are similar quality, I'm not saying montblanc is bad i'm saying Jekyll and Hide are very good since their quality is close to the likes of montblance ect.
