Ordered my first ever bear for my friends birthday. Id never heard of this company. After some research i came across this company as i read they did really high quality teddy bears . The bear seems really high quality but concidering the price you would hope so as i paid for the biggest. I paid extra for the box too and i have to say i am not disappointed in my product at all. I did contact customer support just incase and Jasmine helped me as I'd read mixed reviews. 5 out of 5 no issues at all so thank you

I got a excellent customer service. When my order was missing because of the the deliverye company, who delivered to the wrong address. After I contacted with Jellycat's customer service and tried to find my items in my area, but I couldn't find it. The Jellycat sent a replacement order to me. Thank you for a quick and excellent service.

Super cute and understanding costumer service, have yet to actually order anything but i honestly have no doubt that ordering will be just as smoothly and nice as talking to customer support. I had to cancel my order the day after i ordered because of personal reasons and they were completely understanding and cancelled my money and made sure that i will get my money back.

Horrible customer service. After patiently awaiting the restocking of an item for several weeks, I placed an order. However, despite tracking its progress for weeks thereafter, the status never updated, and the item never made it to the courier. I emailed customer service and was told that it was the couriers error, that the item was on its way back to the warehouse, and I was offered a refund or replacement. After saying I’m happy to wait for the item to be returned and re posted, I was told that’s not possible, that the item was out of stock, and that I had been refunded. Not only was I refunded less than the amount I paid (which was blamed on the bank), I was told to just wait for the item to come back in stock or shop elsewhere. In all, it appears that there was an error by Jellycat with my order and it never made it to the courier, resulting in me missing out on gifting a present and also being short changed. While I understand these things happen, this issue was handled very poorly, with Jellycat shifting blame multiple times and seeming to not care about my shopping experience, or the detriments to me due to errors made by them. Reluctantly, I have re-placed my order as the item isn’t available elsewhere, but after this I won’t be shopping with Jellycat again due to their poor customer service. Seriously not what I would expect from this company.
