Ordered a bike and all was great except for whatever they use for tire sealant - got a flat from a nail and all the sealant came out. I use silca and it works great. Can't really hold this again Jenson so I still have them 5 stars because everything from replying to questions to shipping to cost was exceptional.

Without going too much into detail, there was an issue with my order and payment method. I reached out to Jenson, and Jeff assisted me with resolving the problem. He promptly addressed the issue but discovered it was more complex than anticipated. Despite the challenge, Jeff diligently worked on it for several days, keeping me updated through texts and quick phone calls. Eventually, he successfully resolved the problem. I have to say, I've never experienced such exceptional customer service. Typically, it's the customer who has to chase down answers from the company or shop. I frequently purchase from Jenson because they are conveniently located and I receive my items pretty fast. Now, I have another compelling reason to continue doing business with them!

Great start to our relationship on my first order
I made 4 orders while wrapping up a build. The last order I paid for 2 day shipping on so it would arrive with the other 3 orders and was sent out standard priority. Ended up showing up three days after all the other parts bumping the test ride a weekend.
