This company is deeply dishonest. For one it is run from Hong Kong, which it fails to mention, and the other is it sells fake jewellery. I bought my wife a “gold plated” ring and within a few week tue “gold” started rubbing off. Avoid this company like the plague.
I love browsing JEULIA website after purchasing my last orders and being really impressed with the jewellery and not forgetting the way the company keeps you informed every step of the way from putting your order in to recieving your parcel through your front door and to see all the new items is brilliant, I cannot wait now to receive my new gold ring that I ordered today.
In reply to your reply, Jeulia Jewelry, if you had read my previous email you’ll see that my order was from another offspring from your brand and that this review is being left since we were referred to LAW @ JEULIA … we’ve heard nothing back. So I suggest you get your “law” team (which we both know is temporary email address to buy yourselves some time). Stop with the automated replies and sort this huge issue you have on your hands out.
A terrible organisation with multiple scam “companies” under their belt including SHE SAID YES. These crooks charged us £1,300 for a fake piece of jewellery claiming to be 14k gold. We had it looked at by a professional jeweller who confirmed it’s in fact not real gold and the STAMP real jewellery has to has is merely just their logo etched on. This company have provided us nothing but excuses. They have hung up on us multiple times, constantly giving us false information which we have in writing. Fortunately our lawyer has looked into this company so we have every single piece of proof that this is a scam company. Not to mention they accidentally confirmed they are committing tax evasion and have tried to bribe us several times to take reviews down. If you complain and they pass you on to their “law” team at law. jeulia.com , don’t fret, we had that looked into and it’s not real. It was described as a “temporary email address, prominently used by scammers”. Nice try.
Item did not arrive at all, it was stopped at customs and returned because the value I paid did not match the value of the item. When contacted they asked me to pay half again for the items with no guarantee that this item would arrive. No Refund, I feel that this company is a scam and would not recommend to anyone. Customers need to avoid.

While i had problems with delivery. The customer serivce was excellent best ive ever had.
Be aware this is not a UK company goods come from Hong Kong and mine were held up for 2 weeks by customs at East Midlands Airport due to the seller under valuing so as not to incur costs. I had to pay duty and tax to get the goods which was not reimbursed only offered £10 credit on site, which would not order anything again. It is not made clear anywhere on site company operating in Hong Kong.
The ring i have ordered is exactly what i want, however the wedsite not the easiest and dont bother with a free gift that is obliviously not worth what you stated and just not nice.
The ring supplied looked nothing like was advertised. Too big, although gave them exact size. The stone looks plastic, so asked for a refund. Of course they said no refund as they’d made it. DO NOT BUY THIS CHINESE CRAP. It’s supposed to be silver, no hallmark and definitely not silver!
