Shocking quality and even worse customer services. Top had ripped and not worn once. Could clearly see I'd not worn it. Have spent so much money with them over the years. More disappointed than angry with utter disgrace from a classic British brand.
The product is always exemplary. The delivery very good. My only suggestion is the Outlet site is slow loading between pages and might be quicker to use if the available sizes were on the summary page
Excellent choice of fabulous knits! Easy to navigate the website, sizing and prices were clear and delivery was rapid. Wonderful quality garments, I tried a v neck merino, a 69% recycled cashmere blend and a round neck merino. 2 didn't suit me, 1 was perfect! All good fit just colour options and my complexion! Returns were easy and quickly acknowledged

The quality is outstanding from their outlet shop. I'm not so keen on the advertising on the main site.This is a British brand and should reflect that.
