I have bought several pairs of shies from Jones and all have been excellent quality, fit and comfort. The outlet is exceptionally good, with terrific bargains and a good selection of footwear. Ordering is straight forward and delivery is quick, sometimes earlier than expected.
The sandals were very disappointing. I am a size 6 but even get my feet in them .not true to size
I returned the shoes and still have not had a refund.

I bought some beautiful, flat leather sandals but they were too tight. Jones replaced them with a slightly bigger pair; there was no quibble and very little delay. I am very happy with them indeed.
The shoes I ordered were on backorder with an estimated delivery date. That date came and went with no update from the company. I emailed for an update, but had no response. I ended up ringing the company only to be told that the shoes were actually now in stock and would be sent out the following day. No apology for the delay and I did wonder how long it would have actually taken then to send the shoes out if I hadn't called them. Extremely poor customer service
