I ordered a Paul Smith long-sleeve polo top 3-months ago. Despite being sparingly worn and laundered as the label directs, it's presented gaping holes along the seams at both the cuff and sleeve on one arm. This is clearly a manufacturing fault, which seems to be the case with a lot of their stock if you read other reviews. What's more annoying, is the total lack of response to multiple emails asking for a resolution. Let's see if someone from 'Customer Care' responds to this.

Ordering from the web site was fine but one of the trainers clearly had a manufacturing fault but they still distributed them anyway. I had to send them back at my own expense which is very frustrating as lack of quality control at Jules B has wasted everyone's time.
