I purchased a Cuervo y Sobrinos Buceador at the end of December (2nd watch I've bought from them). It was not a stock item so I contacted their customer service and was told it would be about a week for them to receive the watch and another to deliver it to me. I finally received the watch about 7 weeks later in the middle of February. There was also a customs issue that took repeated contact attempts with Jura to finally get someone to send the necessary paperwork. The watch was supposed to come with 2 straps. A rubber dive strap and a leather strap. The leather strap (value around $200 from CyS) was missing. I made multiple attempts to rectify the situation with Jura to no avail. My last 2 attempts went completely unanswered so I've given up. I will also not do business with them again which is a shame as they have a good selection and good pricing.
Worst watch-buying experience I've ever had. No communication; constantly told that I'd be kept updated, only to never hear from them without having to e-mail first. Not to mention that they took ages to respond, if they did at all. Then inexplicably claimed to have attempted to contact me on WhatsApp to "arrange" my refund (never used it, so never read nor opened the message, which you can tell when you message a number without an account), only to further waste my time via e-mail with a weak attempt to sell me something else. Turns out that there was nothing to "arrange" for my refund either, they just wanted me to repeat myself...
Ordered a Tissot PRX Powermatic and when it arrived I noticed the rota didn't rotate. I was straight on the phone to Jura who provided return labels there and then and my watch was replaced with a new one withing 5 working days. Cant ask for better customer service to be honest. Thanks, guys 5-star service.

Online help was excellent. Getting the watch shipped to a hotel was easy, safe and arrived on time.
Ellis so super helpful and wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, he made sure I received the watch in time for the date needed, all the time doing all he could do me. The watch was perfect and it made the birthday. Thank you Ellis, next time I need a watch I’ll be in touch.
I am a returning customer and ordered a watch that was showing in stock. After a delay called for an update as it would not arrive in time for a birthday gift, advised it was not in stock so was being sent to Jura by the manufacturers, email confirmed receipt would be by 29th April. Called on the 1st May for an update and advised the delivery had gone missing, and no timescale could be provided in relation to getting the order. We requested a refund and advised it would take 7-10 days to receive the refund.
So disappointed in this company. Placed an order 27th of March and still not heard anything back. I have messaged and called numerous times and no one gets back to you. It was a birthday gift and cost thousands. I am disgusted at the customer service.
Ordered an watch that was in stock then i waited around 1 week just so they can tell me that actually was not in stock, ok, then after 2 weeks they got the watch from the manufacturer and i was happy about receiveing it, just so i found out they sent it to Australia instead of Austria and they found as an excuse the fact that they are human? Employees age over 18 cant tell the difference between 2 different countries one in Europe and Australia 3 continents distance, 0 updates whatsoever no calls, barely get some emails back telling me to be patient that they are working on it and actually my watch is still in UK at the post it’s not sent yet to Australia but they literally cant take it back from the post in their city or at least talk with the post and tell them the correct address, it’s unacceptable ! What am i? A joke? I am very scared ill never get the watch or the money back Because they said an refund takes about 10 days but i paid instantly 🙂

arrived perfectly on time and quickly. on sale too so that doesnt hurt will definitely be using the website again to buy more
I ordered a watch in January for a birthday in March, plenty of time? No it finally arrived at the end of April with me calling regularly for updates

Ordered on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday. Great service although I had to phone regarding the invoice and had to wait quite a while to speak to customer services.
The web site is easy to use . They emailed me as soon as I placed the order to let me know it had gone through and delivered the next day .Best of all was the price .
