Excellent customer service, my restored camera stopped working after 6 weeks, I sent it back on their own expense and they immediately sent me a replacement camera. Would definitely buy from them again, totally recommend it!
All worked amazing with them. I exchanged my leica lens by another one, and it was as they claimed in “mint condition”. Furthermore, as soon as they checked my material, they sent my goods within 24h. I couldn’t believe i got my goods in time for the wedding I had.
I’ve ordered a camera that didn’t work sadly, then got in touch with them and got an answer a minute after… They tried to help me sending me a tutorial and everything so, I have 0 complains about the customer service, the camera wasn’t working but is not their fault, I mean is an used camera so sh** can happen. But anyway I just got refunded for the camera without any problem after asking them if it was possible to send the camera back since I couldn’t really trust the camera enough. Overall experience is 5/5 or 10/10 this is how every online business should be!

A website to trust, good customer assistance, I have a problem with a shipment and they give me a solution in less than 24 hours.
I contacted the shop by phone to ask them how long it would take to receive the package. Based on the discussion I said I want to pay an extra postal fee to get the package on time. 5 days later I called them and they hadn't sent the package. Do not trust them or their webshop.
As a stress relief I like to repair things, especially broken MF/AF lenses and digital cameras. Whilst this hobby is pretty rewarding for my nerves, it's very expensive but since I discovered kamerastore, things changed drastically. They become my daily go-to web for ordering, checking prices and checking equipment in general. Furthermore, "Not Passed" section has increased my collection a couple of times with some really rare lenses without breaking my bank account 🙂
They have a great range of products, with very accurate descriptions of their condition, both technically and cosmetically. I also wanted to emphasise that every time I had some question or complaint a quick email exchange fixed everything very satisfactorily!
When I ordered from Kamerastore I didn't know what to expect but found them to be the best at what they do which is giving value for money on a second hand purchase and following up with super reliable service. It is always gratifying to purchase an item you know retails for well over $1,000 for many hundreds of dollars less even given the Euro/AUD exchange rate. My lens arrived within 5 days just as advised (via a reliable courier!) in absolute mint condition and as an Australian ordering from Finland I could not be happier with the results - kudos Kamerastore!

Ho effettuato il mio primo ordine la mattina presto del 12 febbraio e l'ho ricevuto ben imballato nel fermo point GLS da me scelto nella tarda mattinata del 19 febbraio. L'ordine, un Sigma 135 1.8 usato pagato il 60% circa del prezzo da nuovo, corrispondeva alla descrizione a portale. Confido nella robustezza di Sigma! Penso e spero di aver fatto un ottimo affare. Notevole il servizio clienti, con risposte ottenute fra i 15 e i 30 minuti. Super top, super consigliati.
