Kapten & Son ist immer wieder ein Einkauf wert. Hier bekommt man Lifestyle Produkte zum fairen Preis. Es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei und man findet immer wieder neue innovative Produkte und Angebote.
Mit den Produkten bin ich sehr zufrieden aber der Service?! Seit über 6 Wochen warte ich auf eine Gutschrift einer nicht berechtigten Abbuchung von über 100€…. Über die Website klappt nix, geschweige denn dass der Chatbot weiterhilft und auch nach einem Anruf im Store hat rein gar nichts getan trotz Versprechungen - wie komme ich an mein Geld?!
Schöner Rucksack mit top features, habe ihn gleich ausprobiert und auf einem 2,5 - Tage Trip genutzt.

Ich habe mir im Februar 2024 die Vispy Creme Black gekauft. Bin super zufrieden damit. Praktisch für unterwegs, lässt sich gut abwaschen. Im April 2024 hab ich den Rucksack Bali zum Geburtstag bekommen. Was soll ich sagen? Ein super toller Rucksack mit sehr viel Stauraum und Extras an Fächern. Material wirkt sehr robust und pflegeleicht. Ich bin verliebt. Perfekt für meine Nachtschichten. Ich freu mich schon ihn mit in den Urlaub zu nehmen als Handgepäck. Top 👍
Heb al jaren 2 zonnebrillen en 2 horloges van dit merk, draag ze allemaal met plezier. Toen ik onlangs een vraag had over de zonnebrillen, ben ik heel snel en vriendelijk geholpen. Lang niet alle klantenservices zijn zo behulpzaam als bij Kapten & Son!

Terrible company if you’re shopping from the UK. Most businesses will provide prices including tax and make it easy. Not Kapten & son. After waiting a silly amount of time for delivery (weeks) the product then arrived in UK customs. We were sent a bill for £100 for £200 worth of goods. This was not clear from their advertisements. When contacting Kapten & son, their response was ‘pay the uk tax then claim the German tax back’ Most companies just advertise their goods with payment terms of ‘delivery and duty paid. Could be a recommendation if they want to be smarter with their business… just a thought

Zum zweiten mal bestellt, aber bei der Lieferung tut sich nix. Keine Ahnung wann der Rucksack für meine Frau ankommt.
I can't say anything about the quality as it's not for so long I'm using the bag, but the product design makes me sad. I ordered Lund Pro bag and it's the most uncomfortable bag I have ever had. Unfortunately needed to use it for a month to realise it, so not able anymore to return it. The bag itself is really heavy, the zip in the front is not smooth because of the edgy corners. The bag is so stiff (I hope it will get better over the time), that it's super not comfortable to take out something from the bag, It's taking forever. The claimed 16 inch size macbook doesn't fit properly, to take it out you need someone's help (I'm talking about new 16" macbooks). I liked their idea of bags, materials also look not bad, but ergonomics... I mean it shouldn't be only the style, it should be also comfortable for this price! Super disappointed that I spent 150 euros for the bag which I'm trying to avoid and that I can't use neither for travel nor for office :/ Another tip for the company: look at the cabin bag sizes and have some model with normal volume but not exceeding the cabin bag size. The advantages I found: they use "plastic" material that looks like more durable and less scratching (I'm comparing to Ucon Acrobatics, though Ucon is much more comfy and thoughtful and have a key strap) and the strap on the bag for attaching to luggage is a good thing.
