I ordered my dress on the 3rd of May and never received it until today. Contacted KM and I was to wait 2 days, of which I did and nothing came. On the 16th, I contacted them again and Lady Saniya assured me that I will get it next day which I did. Thank you so much Saniya for your exceptional service. I love my dress so much.

Excellent customer service! I bought a body chain on Karen Millen online which was faulty. Nimat from their customer service team replied within 24 hours and sent me a new one on expedited next day delivery. They asked me to keep the old one which saved me the hassle of having to return it in the post, which most companies normally require. Thank you!

Item sent in poor condition, bad customer service

Dress received in disgusting condition, very poor online shopping experience. I sent the dress back on the same day. Sought help from Karen Millen customer service but they were unhelpful. An apology is just not adequate. To add insult to injury, they deduct £2 from the refund! After paying a 3 figure sum for a dress it's not unreasonable to expect goods in a saleable condition and not to be out of pocket because Karen Millen don't have adequate quality control. I should have looked at the range of negative reviews before buying. Still waiting for the refund.

I just placed an order for a dress…

I just placed an order for a dress which when going through the delivery options defaulted to next day (which I wanted), I didn’t check the delivery option again as I was going through the check out and once I paid it said standard delivery. I contacted customer services immediately to advise that I needed next day delivery as it’s required for Saturday to which I was advised that there is no option to amend or cancel, I replied back to advise that this will result in the dress being returned as it’s required for Saturday if its not possible to amend the shipping method, to which the response is if it doesn’t arrive in time just send it back for a refund. Sorry as a business you would surely want a sale! and as the order has just been processed be able to amend to the shipping method, surely this isn’t hard and would benefit you as a business? No help at all just sent some t&C’s and said return it if needed. Poor service! Really unhappy and no contact number to even speak to Simone for help.
