Great products. Fast delivery. I also like the boxes they deliver in - I have such a collection now they’re handy for storage :D. I have tried a whole range of different skincare products from Keihls over the years and it’s hard to choose my favourites but gradually honing in on a preferred set for day/ night time use. Ahead of applying anything I always use the facial fuel face wash - effective and refreshing on my oily skin. As a first step ahead of applying any moisturising products I love the new Ferulic Brew - works well on my oily skin. I’ve noticed a definite reduction in oilyness since using it. My skin is instantly refreshed after applying it. It’s fantastic. For eyecare it’s the men’s eye defender range or the avocado eye cream. I like both. The latter is a bit ‘stickier’ and more visible as it creates a slight sheen. For daily moisturiser it’s hard to beat facial fuel, sometimes I like substituting this for the mens age defender serum as it’s quite light (though I think some other products I mention below are more versatile). This can be better for me as my skin is very oily and it generates oil quickly so thicker products arn’t always ideal. Occasionally prior to this I’ll apply retinol micro dose serum. For nighttime I like the midnight recovery oil and a new favourite the super multi-corrective soft cream which is less ‘greasy’ than the standard version. I also love the midnight recovery cloud cream for nighttime use. It’s thick and not oily at all. For shaving the brushless shaving cream is nice. A bit expensive for what it is but becomes better value with some Keihls Family vouchers :).

As always such efficient online service for a product that so suits my skin and lifestyle, used daily, for me there is not a moisturising cream that could out perform Kiehls Ultra Facial Cream!

Quick shipping and great products
I got few samples which I love all of them due to the texture of the products. I have dry skin and it make my skin smooth. I bought already eye cream which reduce the appearance of my fine lines.
I have a missing item (face wash) there wasn’t room in the box for it even so it’s definitely not fallen out or been stolen. Called as soon as I opened the box and sent email “proof” - photos of the box the same day. It’s been 2 weeks and I’ve heard nothing, even with chasing. So now I have no product and no refund. I will never buy from Keihls again.

Bad customer service and delivery. Order some items like a gift for Mother's Day, and it took more than 10 days to get it.
This is a great moisturiser from Kiehl's but it works out a little expensive.. however this refill option makes it all a bit more manageable . fills up the empty 50ml pot AND mini sample pot a few times which I can then use when travelling . bit cheaper + practical/convenient = win.
It was difficult to redeem the voucher. Where do I take my empty kiehls bottles ?
