Not that keen to be honest. Smells nice but similar bottles make it confusing as to which is which. Hand soap is ok but surface cleaner seems to have lost its mojo and not really that effective cleaner and leaves smears

perfect product, perfect team, best what you can buy for your little one but the delivery partner is awful. they use Evri aka Hermes for delivery. always late, lost, damaged... Hate Evri but Kit & Kin is so good that I'm still stick to their products disregarding awful Evri delivery (Dunstable area. maybe in your area Evri works fine).
Love the products! Dishwasher tabs don't work unless I wash everything before hand! Also use the nappies they don't hold much but like the idea plastic free and baby is comfy! But is anyone else getting really bad waterstains on clothes after wash! Never had an issue before using these products? Thanks
Bought the bottle and refill bundle as I thought it would be a good value way to try a range of products. Delivery was quick and well packaged. So far am really enjoying using everything, especially the multi surface cleaner - super effective. The sprays can be a little streaky but once wiped over again with a dry cloth all is good. Smells nice but not overpowering. Would definitely buy again.
I’ve had so much trouble finding nappies that work my child is getting bigger and has disabilities so still needs nappies I’ve found size 8 pull ups are working for her no more leaks and wet clothes every day even with constant changing her it makes such a difference using these to daily life I’m so happy with them I’ve subscribed (the correct size makes such a difference my child is just under 17 kg so size 7 should fit her but I found they were a bit small and 8 fits better I tried a few samples first before buying loads) I love they are eco friendly too and don’t irritate her skin like other brands did we use the magic salve too on face and it’s cleared up her red irritated skin all natural ingredients too. The cleaning products also good and again no nasty chemicals will definitely buy again

The nappies kept on leaking from the sides. I contacted them in March regarding the issue and they’ve sent me a bigger size to see if the problem can be resolved. It kept on leaking so I requested a refund which they agreed to provide for unused nappies. Since then, they stopped replying to my emails and I haven’t got my refund as well. Disappointed to be ignored like this. I wish I had only bought 1 nappy to try instead of ordering 1 month worth nappies Edit: I have been contacted by the company after this review and received my refund so changed from 1 star to 3. I really wanted to like the nappies but as they leaked I couldn’t give 5 stars.
We have had a Kit and Kin nappies subscription for our first son for 2 years & now our second son for a year & rhwy are so reliable, affordable and just overall, excellent. This week we had the first incorrent order in 3 years & when we asked them to rectify it, they did so instantly, sent the replacements the next day & also sent a free pack of wipes for the inconvenience. We couldn't recommend their customer services more. We will be using them & recommending them to all who have small people. A brilliant service.
I was disappointed at the lack of smell of the product. I don't want overpowering but I literally can't smell anything. I think it cleans ok but I seem to have to use a lot of it. It feels a bit like I'm cleaning with water. No froth etc.
After trying many brands, Kit and Kin is THE brand for me: it never leaks, it never needs to be readjust when you put it on, it is clean, the subscribtion model works great, I'm so glad I found Kit and Kin as it makes our daily life stress-free!

We've used Kit&Kin for nearly 3 years and love them. From the order/subscription process to the customer services. Excellent experience throughout. We have two nappy needing bottoms in the house now and it saves us so much time and stress, knowing we have a subscription, they're great for the planet and high quality, we've never had a nappy rash episode. 5 stars
We bought the nappies for my toddler to sleep in and we haven't had a single leaking accident. All other big brands have been leaking frequently, we tried them all. K&K nappies are great to touch and soft, toddler loves them and skin irritation is gone. Also, I had some confusion when I was ordering and the customer service was amazing! I rarely write reviews but I'm so impressed that now I'm recommending this brand to all my friends.
We have been customers for five years. Firstly for their amazing nappies and pull-ups and now their laundry and kitchen products. I wouldn’t have chosen any other nappy, occasionally we may have needed to use another brand and they would be inferior, tape ripping, nasty chemicals, nappy rash etc, but my daughter never got nappy rash with kit & kin. I love they have added more sizes to the pull-ups too. We love the non-toxic products, that was so important to us for our families health. Oh and they have great customer service too! Purchased these nappies as the ad was popping on everywhere. Unfortunately requires to be changed every couple of hours ( even at nights), otherwise it will leak. Unable to hold enough liquid like other brands.
Love the fact they are natural and free from plastics. I am not 100% sure they are right for my son though. We keep getting nightly leaks despite having upped a size.

Really like the reminder email before my subscription triggers. Gives me time to check supplies and add anything extra. Sensible prices and a good range, always delivered in proper packaging. Fantastic customer service too!

Kit and Kin toilet cleaner is in a very generous sized bottle and the original order comes with an extra pouch. The pull top bottle is easy to use, is fresh smelling and a good addition to bathroom cleaning. Obviously the fact that it is eco friendly is an important consideration these days.
