I really love Klaiyihair, I have at least 8 of their units and love ALL of them. But when I say this latest one I got..... the Yaki straight pre-everything 12 in bob. This Bob is bobbing it looks so natural, like it is growing out of my scalp.
I've purchased four units from this company. I like that they're beginner friendly and the quality of the hair is nice. In addition, delivery is quick. I would recommend.
I've bought at least 3 wigs from them so far, within the past 2 years. I prefer to order from them and Unice. The 5x7 golden ratio wigs are very comfortable and actually fit very well. If you find you usually need a small cap size, I suggest giving this a try. Overall, never had a problem. Quick shipping, hair is always soft.

I ordered from Klaiyi over 2 years ago, I ordered 2 wigs from them a 360 Wig Lace Frontal Body Wave 180% Density 24 inches (ordered on May 13, 2023 that I still haven't wore yet. Its true 180 % Density Wig. The other Wig I ordered was a Klaiyi Natural Afro Kinky Curly Glueless Human Hair Wig 16 inches, this wig is very full & very thick, every time I wear this wig people think its my real hair. I love this wig. On March 24th, 2022 I ordered a Pre-Cut & Reddish Brown Jerry Curl Lace Closure with Breathable Cap 180 % Density Wig 20 inches. When I received the wig I was very very mad & disappointed the wig was thin it did not look nothing like the picture at all, It was 130 % Density Wig, so I got in contact with them to send the wig back. I got my refund in 7 days. Since the other 2 wig was good quality & true Density. I do not know if I would order from them again. When I wear my 360 Wig I will update my review.
The hai was really pretty and soft when I took it out the package. The wear and go unit was just like they said pre-cut and plucked so all I had to do was place it in my head. The ginger color is gonna look super pretty when it gets warm I’m so excited to wear it. I Will be getting another unit soon for everyday use !
If I could give Klaiyi Hair 10 stars, I would! This is the second time purchasing a wig from them, and it has yet to disappoint. The wigs are great quality! Pre plucked & no shedding! They even come with a couple free gifts! I highly recommend purchasing a wig from them! & the company is great and very professional!

My experience with this company is always a 10/10 haven’t had one bad order yet. The products comes fast and if not on time. The hairs always beautiful true to length and color. You can use heat without damaging hair which is good for me because I change up my hair style frequently. You can reach customer service easily if needed. Gym approved lol

This is my third purchase from Klaiyi hair and so far, everything has been great. I recently bought a Jerry curl wig and it’s the best one yet. I ordered it April 1st and received it April 5th. Pretty fast shipping. My birthday is next month so I definitely will be ordering from Klaiyi again!

I paid for 1-2 day shipping and today is 10:33pm and my order hasn’t been shipped yet. I would like a refund for shipping if it isn’t coming on time . Andddd they haven’t responded to my email or my messaged on their website .
This is the 2nd time I have purchased hair from Klaiyi Hair and I was not disappointed. I purchased the Kinky Straight pre-everything wig in 20 inches. The wig was soft,and holds a curl well. The customer service was great with replying to emails with any questions or query’s that I had. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
