Great shoes good service not had them long but I like them
Edit: full refund received which is great, thankyou Koi. Initially very happy with purchase, comfy from the get go, daughter was chuffed with her birthday pressie. Sadly now just over six months later these are faulty shoes, the sole totally split on one and it was beginning to do the same on the other. Contacted customer services, super friendly, helpful and was initially offered a replacement pair which I accepted, then told they were out of stock. I was offered a refund. I've just had to contract customer services again as no refund was paid, the reply, a few weeks later is that apparently because we were just out of the six month warranty period the refund didn't go through. Firsty, these shoes were clearly faulty and lacking in quality for them to split straight up the sole like this. My daughter fell over whilst wearing them because of the split suddenly appearing. Secondly, I think Koi must be fully aware of the faults in their shoes, since contacting them I've read so many reviews with customers reporting the same design fault. I would really expect to get more than just over six months of wear from a pair of shoes, these ones look great but they aren't fit for purpose. I think if you want a pair of shoes that you plan on wearing a few times a week for light wear, minimal walking, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that sell trendy non leather shoes and I'd put money on them lasting far longer than these throw away shoes from Koi. These ones have ended up in the bin. Id never spend my money buying shoes from here again, my daughter on the other hand has (to replace the broken ones that koi suddenly decided they wouldn't refund!) so that's another £40 not including postage. Fully expecting the same thing to happen, these are a different style but going by reviews it's a common theme of koi! Buyer BEWARE.

My daughter loves the innovative design of all of the boots and shoes we used to travel to the Trafford Centre so she could get them but she is so pleased that she gets the same great service and cool designs on line , delivered super fast and well packed One happy girl 👧 💗

I was so impressed with the white sandals i boughtin the sale, i ended up buying again blue, these shoes fit perfectly and very comfortable to wear and very lightweight, i would highly recommend this site for all of their footwear and i have bought quite a few different styles and currently looking for boots for the winter, one very happy customer xxxx
I ordered the Rimo Core Chunky Black Trainers. Comfy and beautiful, just sadly a little bit too wide for my feet so binding them is a bit of a hustle.
Shoes are poorly made, sizes are wrong.
