Wines at best very average and poor value despite lots of hypes and "discounts". Last Australian case was all Shiraz! Nightmare to deal with by telephone tried to close my subscriptions and they promised discount on next order which did not materialise and when I did ask for all my subscriptions to be closed they left one the unlimited delivery open.
Always had good service with good personal advice and superb service! The range of world wide first class wines covering all varying tastes is amazing. H

I ordered 3 cases of wine for delivery on Wednesday 8th May as agreed at time of purchase. On Tuesday 7th May I received a text from yourselves at 1710hrs stating "We delivered your parcel to a safe place today. We left a card with details. Tell us how we did" and gave me a link to Yodel. The wine was delivered on Tuesday 7/5, I dont know at what time. The 3 cases were left on my doorstep in full view of passers by and no card was left for me. It is by sheer luck that the wine was not stolen.
Always excellent wines and service
Most of the wines I have tried before and enjoyed. There are new wines to me which I’m sure are going to be enjoyed.
The order was a thank you for friends. The communication regarding dispatch, and delivery were fine. Unfortunately Yodel left the box outside our friends front door without bothering to knock or ring the doorbell. I have advised Yodel, but it’s important that you are aware.
