Whilst the item I ordered was delivered quickly, I returned it at my own cost ! So it only did I pay to have the item sent to me I had to pay to return it ! All that cost & nothing to show for the expense .

Bought a great bathrobe. Great because it comes not only in SIZES, but also PETITE. Normally they are 'one size fits no-one'. Arrived swiftly, and I successfully received my parcel despite Evri being used, although I was waiting like a hawk while it was dumped outside my front door. Would certainly recommend Lands' End for the product I bought. It would be nice if they switched to a reputable courier though.
The order arrived on time and as described. The tops are a lovely fit and with the usual Supima softness.
Ordered a petite jacket which was not petite, too big and sleeves far too long. I returned it via in post locker but did not get a receipt. I reported this to Lands End and after a week they had not received my return but they refunded the full amount to me promptly and without question. Well done!
