There is another trust pilot review site for this company which has 1.6 stars, which completely and accurately represents the level of service laredoute have. Never received a item, I've rung and emailed so many times no one replies. Had to put through a credit card dispute and hope the bank can get my money back.
I loved La Redoute, but still can't shop there whilst the company is still operating in Russia.
In total I've placed 4 orders with them at 4 separate occasions and everytime there has been an issue with the item, from wrong items sent to missing parts. The latest is a sideboard and one door is a totally different shade to the others. This will be the last item I buy as it's too much hassle.

First order, bought a pair of shoes. One shoe had a faulty buckle as it had been sewn upside down. Returned the shoes and got a refund but not for the postage. I had to ask for that. No apology for sending out faulty goods and not refunding my postage. I was going to order another pair but due to the poor customer service I will look elsewhere.
Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande du vendeur CCV. Celui-ci ne se manifeste pas et refuse de rembourser alors qu'il n'a pas expédié le colis. La Redoute se retranche derrière le vendeur, ne répond quasiment jamais aux réclamations, et le revendeur (CCV) se retranche derrière la Redoute. Aucun des 2 n'assume la responsabilité de ce vol, car lorsqu'un compte bancaire est débité en échange de rien, c'est un vol donc un délit. La Redoute a paraît-il un "service dédié" mais ce service n'est pas joignable par téléphone, ni par mail, et ne répond pas non plus à mes demandes. C'est un service caché. Pas de responsables non plus d'après les agents. Sont-ils livrés à eux-mêmes ?? Pas de patron ?? Pas de salaire ??
j'ai passé de multiples commande en ayant acheté mon canapé, mon bureau, des petits meubles, un pouf, une table de chevet et tout a été parfait ! la livraison est gratuite ( quand abonné), rapide et au top et j'ai meme recu une reduction de 10% sur ma prochaine commende parce que la livraison avait un jour de retard. je recommande chaudement

mi trovo sempre bene e acquisto ormai da molti anni (dal 2019), non solo abiti per me ma anche per i miei figli e ultimamente anche cose per la casa (ad esempio teli per il bagno). La spedizione è sempre puntuale e gli abiti corrispondono a quanto visto sul sito.
