Incredible service. I bought my favourite ever earrings from them a few years ago but had sadly lost one of the stones and damaged the ear post on the other. They organised for me to send them back to them and organised with their atelier to mend them and then sent them back to me wonderfully packaged in just a couple of weeks. Honestly they look like brand new and I cannot thank them enough. I had so many wonderful updates from the team and this has to be the best customer service I’ve ever had. Knowing that they really care about their jewellery and service makes me even more loyal now.

Earrings were shipped promptly and well packaged. Suitable for gifting but I gifted them to myself. Despite their size, they are quite lightweight. The blue topaz is light blue and depending on their background, can appear lighter or more intense in color. A lovely splurge!

Would like to know the weight of earrings as you can’t know if they are going to weigh down your earlobes ( older) purchasers with older ear lobes!!!
