First of all, Lavish Alice stock quality items at great prices. Delivery is fast and a delight to receive, wrapped beautifully. We ordered more than one item so we could choose and then returned the ones we wouldn't be keeping (albeit had we another event to attend, we probably would have kept them all.) You can't really rate a business until you have a return and their returns policy is clear, fair and efficient. Tarek oversaw the returns procedure personally and I dont think you can get better customer service than that. They did exactly what they said they would, when they said would. Quite simply 5 star - highly recommend.
I love Lavish Alice clothing, the quality is 10/10 however my last purchase did not look good on me so I returned it. I had an issue with my refund had received an email to say they had received it went on holiday came back and realised I had still not received the refund so emailed and received a response and refund the same day. One thing that I can see is a pattern and has happened to me now twice is that looking at other reviews there’s an issue with processing the refund payments once this is in order I would quite happily give 5stars.

I sent some items back for a refund but for some reason it didn't register their end. Contacted the customer care team and they replied straight away and resolved the issue in under 24 hours on a bank holiday! Extremely helpful and a great service!

EDIT: I wrote my review last night after having a negative experience and was disappointed immensely by the customer service/companies process but was then today contacted by Matthew who couldn’t have been more helpful! Matthew went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations of the company and resolved my problem efficiently! Safe to say I would order again from this company after dealing with Matthew, which is a complete 360 from last night! Changed from 2 stars to 5!! ————————— Wish I read reviews before placing multiple orders!! Ordering dresses for myself for my daughter’s christening and completely going to be out of pocket due to their returns process! have placed 3 orders with this company. 1st dress was too big, paid £10.98 postage and return with this one. Re-ordered the same dress in the size down and didn’t like the fit, significant difference in sizes! So again this will be £10.98 return and postage (I have waited to return as I knew I was ordering 2 further dresses to try on). The postage was free on my 3rd order as I spent over the amount needed for free delivery. Keeping 1 of the dresses from my 3rd order as it is beautiful & seems like great quality. Sending the other back. I messaged the Instagram page asking if I can return the 2 dresses from different orders in the 1 package, saving myself having to pay the £5.99 return fee twice to which they replied yes I can select other orders once I have entered my first order number. I cannot see this feature on the returns portal at all. I messaged again via Instagram (as my emails were being ignored) asking for help with returning more than one item in the same order but no answer as of yet. I chose to pay with Zilch as the dresses aren’t cheap especially when you want to change sizes/try a few styles & I am still being asked to pay for items I am returning as they have not acknowledged the first return on their side. Says 15 working days for returns which is shocking for one but again, terrible when you’re waiting for refunds and it’s still coming out.

Watch out for this scam. I bought a jumpsuit for £132.99 and returned it with all the tags attached, unused in 4 days and only got a £25.60 refund with no explanation.

Amazing customer service. I had a delay in my order and as soon as I wrote them an email, they got it shipped, while also giving me a discount code for my next order.
Whilst I decided not to keep the dresses I ordered, the service I received was second-to-none when I was trying to sort a refund to Klarna. Tarek in customer services was very helpful and prompt in replying. Great customer care!
