I had a great experience shopping at LD Mountain Centre. I read a few negative and positive comments before making my purchase of a North Face fleece on May 3rd. The item was shipped on May 4th and I received it on May 5th (before the bank holiday). The price was competitive and I was genuinely amazed at the shipping times. Everything is great but there should be more images to inform the customer about the product more. Fortunately there are other websites with more interactive images. Other than that I’m pleased with my order and delivery was efficient as usual.

Excellent service. Good range of products & very good value. I purchased a RAB jacket. A delivery issue (delay) arose due to an issue at the courier. I emailed LD and they resolved it immediately. Very impressed with them & have purchased some additional items since. Strongly recommended.

Truly awful company avoid unless you like losing money. Ordered items in 2022 then a month ago using paypal everything was fine then re-ordered one of the items 11 days ago. After chasing up as had not got any updates they sent a message saying the order had not 'reached their main system' and they would sort out the issue that they had identified. They then seem to have then screwed everything up and sent to the wrong address which is not my current one and only paypal address. On their system account they have 2 live delivery addresses!! Yep seems odd that. One connecting to an order in 2022! End result I have no item and they will not take responsibility for the issue. I received a snooty email today relayed through customer service from a manager Graeme advising I would need to prove that there were IT issues, I have an email from the same customer service person saying they had an issue and were sorting, about 7 days ago! To me that would be proof enough. Faulty systems cost money but don't penalise the customer. 100% Daylight robbery!

Good customer support - I was in between sizes of salomon trail shoes and went large. The day after my on-line purchase I called in to the Newcastle shop and checked out the smaller size, which turned out to be the preferable fit. Completely hassle free exchange.
