Excellent customer support with questions I had before purchase, to ascertain that I buy the right size and that it is value for money. I as good as live in boots and hence having a reliable pair that comfortably moulds to my body is important to me. Boots are reasonably comfortable even before warn in and they look top notch stylish. The real test will be any cold winter.

Waste of money, thin Wellie in general, no under foot support, might as well be walking barefoot, at the cost of £160 you would think be a strong durable wellie but not in this case, might as well buy a cheaper set of Dunlop wellies.

Quick service and a great product
They sent the wrong size, they don’t have live customer service and when I asked if I could do an exchange opposed to a return in an email they asked “did you try the on?” and ignored my question. After asking twice they finally told me I have to reorder after returning, hello I paid 200 dollars and ordered the correct size, you sent me the wrong size and want me to what order again so you can presumably send the wrong size a second time? Absolute waste of time. Won’t be ordering from them again, annoying experience. Note their reply- they did not reach out!
The boots were far too tight at the ankle. Having done my research by trying a pair on in Clinkards and then trying a pair of my friends I assumed I had the right size. Having heard since that the manufacturing as moved to Morocco, I now understand why they are skimping on size and quality. I have sent them back. My local shop will not stock them anymore and has moved on to another brand!
Delivery quick Wellington lighter I weight than previous boots if had Recommend this product and company
Unfortunately these are no longer the quality they used to be…. I am lucky to get 12 months out of them before the rubber perishes and splits! The company put it down to wear and tear so won’t replace. From now on I will be buying cheap £20 wellies that only last a year because I can’t justify paying £200+ when they won’t own up to the fact the quality has gone down the pan. Shame cause they really used to be the best on the market and my older ones lasted 10 years! I am doing nothing differently so something has changed.
