Ordered several items online which should have been despatched within 48hrs. Waited days for confirmation, but no email or text. When I called it was obvious they had failed to process the order. They did apologise and upgraded the order to next day special delivery, for free, however, the items were then received individually over the next three days. Disappointing.

I ordered a high-viz jacket that turned out to be a little tight. I returned it and 4 days later the refund was in my account. I have ordered a larger size jacket and that came a working day earlier than expected. Great service. Thank you.

Wheels turned up with one box which had obviously been previously opened and poorly re-sealed. The skewer & instruction pack were missing. Immediately tried to contact Leisure Lakes through their help desk, without response. Will now have to escalate this by going to the shop in person. Not impressed.
Placed order on web site. Order accepted and paid for. Then received confirmation. Few days later received email saying not in stock. However refund was received 4 days later. Stock control not working!
