Bought two set of pro festoon lights. Put them away when I received them. Just after two years, got them out to use, forgot I had them to be honest. One set didn’t work. Changed the adapter around to check it wasn’t the connectors then both didn’t work. Wave goodbye to just under £100 of lights. Not the best. They’ve never been out the box and they were plug socket ones.
Ordered some solar lanterns and table lights which we received promptly, unfortunately one of the table lights arrived broken and a lantern did not work. We emailed customer services and they sent out replacements straight away. We are now in receipt of the replacements and everything looks good in the garden.
Had an issue with a product not working after 18 months. Reply within 2 hours of sending and replacement on its way after showing proof of purchase and product issue. Excellent customer service - a shame so many other companies can't operate so well!

I have dealt with this company since their early days. Even then their customer service was excellent. Today I was delighted to find out it had grown exponentially in excellence alongside their website, range and quality of product. I had to call Sophie to help with two things. She was the dream customer service person. Proof that what I dream of from other customer service people is absolutely possible. If Carlsberg made customer service this company would be it.

The lights are a delightful addition to our garden. They needed to be well charged first but once they were charged they produced a beautiful soft light when it got dark. I did have a problem with one set of lights but a replacement set was very quickly despatched to us - thank you- my garden looks amazing!

I highly recommend lights4fun and use them regularly. Their products are of a very high standard so they never disappoint. The service they offer is second to done. The delivery often arrives earlier than promised and should there be a problem with a product then it is dealt with swiftly and professionally.

Wow, what outstanding customer service from Ben just now! I used the online chat with an issue, and Ben sent a helpful video to check whether I could effect a repair myself. When I'd tried without success to resolve the issue, a replacement was issued on the spot. Absolutely first class service, and I'm delighted, because I love my outdoor lanterns!
I just made my first large order with Lights4Fun. I stupidly brought the wrong lights all non solar. I had many large boxes to return and was worried about the return fee for so many large items. I called customer service who kindly sent me multiple return labels as good will and were so helpful with so many questions. Such a pleasant experience calling a co customer service, very rare. Will absolutely order for here again Highly Recommend 👍
