The order was delivered incomplete without a cabin luggage I purchased. I contacted the supporting team and the response was very satisfactory because they coordinated the shipping process and the delivery was very quick.
Lucy was very kind and helpful after I messaged to say my bag was damaged when it arrived. A replacement was ordered straight away and I am very happy with the new one 🙂 I wouldn’t hesitate to order more products in the future!

Wow! The customer service team is absolutely the best! I received my order yesterday (I live in Canada) and it was the first time I had purchased from Lilly and Bean…the tote is just beautiful as are the makeup bags and the quality is terrific. Lin is an amazing customer service assistant. I brought the most beautiful and top quality tote bag and I couldn’t be happier. I fell in love with the bag and purchased this without realising/remembering… I’m moving house in May. I contacted customer support as I thought I’d messed up and that I’d have to cancel due to the 4/6 weeks of waiting (normal for a personalised bag). Lin went out of her way to help my order move swiftly through the different departments and updated me along the way. I initially purchased a personalized bag for an upcoming vacation and on the site, it said available in 2-3 weeks, but when I received the confirmation email from L&B, it said 6 weeks, which won't be enough time before I leave! I was devastated but reached out to L&B and Lin provided GREAT customer service! She said she would expedite the order so that I could use the bag for my vacation! I was SO excited and am now just hoping that it gets here in time! If it does, I will certainly be a Lily & Bean customer for life!

I am rating this on customer service provided by Lucy. I emailed to check in on my order, which was submitted on March 21, 5 weeks ago. She checked into it and saw that the bag I ordered was not in stock and unavailable for quite some time. I never received an email from the Lily & Bean about this issue so Lucy offered me a solution, as I need this bag for my vacation, which was to select a different color and she would have my order expedited as my trip begins on May 23. I do hope that I will receive the bag by then and if so will send another review on the quality, as I am expecting it to be perfect. Thank you Lucy for your prompt service!!!

Lily & Bean customer service is outstanding! I have been looking forward to receiving my personalized Jumbo canvas tote. I was curshed when I received a medium tote in error.
