Gorgeous pieces of great quality, had the huggie hoops with detachable pearls for 3 years now and just as good as the day they arrived. Customer service is very quick, professional and friendly when I've reached out about losing an item. Cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely continue buying from them, always.

I bought a necklace and matching set of pearl earrings. I exchanged the earrings for another pair as I accidentally ordered the wrong ones and Olivia could not have been more helpful, the exchange was very smooth. Then one of the pearls came off my new set and Olivia came to the rescue again and arranged a replacement to be sent out! Really impressed with the customer service and will be shopping from Lily & Roo again soon.

The service was speedy and the earrings arrived beautifully packaged. The pearls are much bigger than othe earrings I have bought for a higher price . The sleepers , thoughggood were a little fiddly for me to put in but the pearls slotted onto some I already own and my granddaughter has a new pair of sleepers Win win
So I have now purchased 3 of the calendar necklaces. 2 for myself and one for my best friend for a special occasion. These necklaces are gorgeous so we'll made and the personalisation just tips it for me. They couldn't be anymore personal to the individual. Shipping is quick & the packaging is very nice.
Necklace very delicate and flimsy - not what I was expecting from the pictures. In order to return I’ve had to email them with my reasons for the return rather than just send it back with a label - which is a bit of a pain. Will be interesting to see if I get reply.
My wedding earrings with pearls and they've gone bad, they have changed colour and have become oxidised. Really bad quality for the expensive price
My gold chain broke. Contacted the company and took pictures. Sent back as requested and replaced without hesitation. Very good customer service.

Good quality jewellery and great customer service! Was unsure about how the engraving would look on a particular piece of jewellery however the Lily and roo team were quick to come back to me and helped me make a decision on engraving so I have the perfect necklace for my wedding day!

I am so glad that I found Lily and Roo while on the search for some wedding jewelry! I was so impressed by their collections, but found the perfect simple pearl earrings, necklace, and bracelet. I also loved their dedication to quality items and sustainability practices. When I received my jewelry (quickly, I might add), I was so impressed with the quality and beautiful presentation. Used their repair service for my Pearl drop earrings and pear necklace. For a small fee my jewellery was fixed and came back looking brand new! Best service- was easy and very quick. Very good for sustainability and climate concerns too!
Fabulous company what a joy to deal with ! I chose a calendar birthday chain for my daughter and had it engraved from her Grandmother, she loved it and over time it has broken and the stone fell out . I felt with Lily and roo they emailed me back straight away and sent me pre-paid postage to send it back to them . They mended it all nothing asked ! so much better than a certain big other jewellery chain that did not help me at all when a piece discoloured. What a lovely experience to have such ease !
