I purchased the silver cowboy boot for my daughter. The item was nicely packed in the presentation box then parcelled up so no damage would occur in transit. The item was just as the picture showed & is a very nice quality. The detailing is very nice too. I will deffinately purchase again from this company.
Order arrived, bought a Charm for 25 pounds broke within 72 hours, also had a personalised message that wasn't mine in the package...it was a sensitive message about some other customer losing a loved one. Contacted them on the business Instagram chat on the 28th Dec with pictures but no response
Excellent customer service when I returned a faulty ring .No quibble and return label sent with replacement .Shame there's not more customer service like this out there
The jewelry itself is decent, but the box looks very cheap! I purchased the jewelry one week before giving it to my girlfriend, and within just a week, the box started to look worn out and the color began to fade. I had to order a separate box on Amazon because otherwise, it would have appeared very poor in quality!

I hate this company, they have absolutely rubbish staff and products - cheap and should be put in the bin .
Hadn't heard of this company until I saw a mothers day offer from them. I ordered a beautiful silver necklace as a gift for my daughters 40th birthday(purchases for all occasions, not solely M.D) The necklace arrived in a lovely ribbon tied box,interior inscribed as requested,and before the estimated delivery date. I highly recommend this company,and will certainly use it again.Thankyou Lily Charmed
I've purchased 3 reindeer necklaces and I had an issue with the shipment.-Royal mail lost my order, customer service was so helpful and quick. They've sent me again. Christmas time must be the busiest time for sellers. I wouldn't expect that they will send me again before Christmas, but they've done it. Quality of the necklaces was amazing really love it. Highly recommended.
