The duvet and duvetcovers are acceptionally wonderful. Fast delivery. However, the website is not very clear. For example I ordered a duvetcover and did not get matching pillowcover. Turns out you have to order those separetly. And they where not in stock anymore so I do not have a matching set. And they are not the cheapest but the quality looks and feels wonderful

Ich hatte das Set mit grauen Punkten bestellt: zwei Sets Kopfkissen, Deckenbezug, Bettlaken. Es kam in drei verschiedenen Farben an: tatsächlich graue Punkte, weiß (2tes Kopfkissen-Set) und creme-weiß (Bettlaken). Drei verschiedene weiß-Töne insgesamt. Ich habe dann erst verstanden, dass Webseite ist so programmiert ist, dass die Farbe immer zu weiß zurück springt, auch wenn man ein Set bestellt was eben nicht weiß ist. Das merkt man natürlich nicht, man denkt ja, man bestellt ein Set. Und wenn dann das Weiß auch noch unterschiedlich ist, wie soll mann verstehen, was man bestellt? Also, leider wieder Retoure. Das ist schon mein dritter Versuch, bei Linenbundle zu bestellen.
I am still waiting for my last purchase to be delivered. No contact about my order since 04/04/2024. I either want my purchase or my money back. Not acceptable.
