Everything went as expected. The only reason i did not give 5 stars was because liquorama took 2 weeks before shipping my beer
Shipment was not handled well. The fault may be UPS', but the shipment arrived about 6 hours late and could be kept as a surprise from the intended recipient. The wine arrived well-packed and sealed.

Alway great selection, service and quality customer service. Been a customer of them for yrs and see no reason not to continue with them. First rate. I'd give them 7 stars but you only list 5 because they go well beyond that.
Loved the wine. Customer service was not there. No one answers the phone, no one responds to emails and the store itself was curt on the phone and just said they are busy. Hmm….. not appropriate way to deliver customer service. If you are short staffed- fix it. Customer service brings loyalty. Lack of it does the opposite.
I stated on my purchase order NOT TO DELIVER BEFORE MAY 7 2024 because until then I am still in Florida. You sent the package's already when no one was there!!!!!!!!!

Horrible, had on attempt for delivery which I was home for but thier no name gls shipping company walked up, on camera, rang my bell, and literally walked back to his car. I then tried calling these people and no answer, left multiple messages with ZERO response, my package was never sent out again. Still out 40 bucks. Filed a fraud claim with my bank.

Some of the wines I ordered were on back ordered but when I told them I needed some of the wine for an event in a few days they made sure it was delivered on time
The shipment got damaged during transit and had to be shipped back. Obvioisly not packed well enough to survive cross country shipping. I've ordered wine from napa valley plenty of times without issue. Money was refunded but now product is out of stock. Probably won't take that chance again.
