I rang to see about getting a tyre on a rim but because I didn't buy the scooter of them ,they would not work on it and do a ten minute job for me.i even told him the rim was off and all the hard work was done.and not particularly helpful when I asked did they know anybody who would do it for me..
Interactions were great. Didn't receive dispatch information until late in the night after dispatch. Dealt with Chloe who had reassured me it had definitely been dispatched. Top team.

I had a really great experience at Loco Richmond street, the sales Agent Anna was really helpful explaining Loco pro scooter features and she really helped me picking up the appropriate scooter for my commute usage. I really recommend Loco for anyone planning to get electric scooter in Ireland.
My son bought a secondhand scooter in school off a pal, I wasn't too happy as it wasn't even running. I left it into LOCO and the guys were great, got it sorted. After a couple of weeks there were teething issues but the team fixed it and said it was covered on warranty. All good I'm happy to recommend LOCO

Great value of scooters
First time experience with LOCO Scooters Repair service. My scoo was in a bad shape after an accident and lots of repairs needed to be done. LS responded very fast to my quotation request with reasonable price for the repairs. LS did an amazing job! Pickup, repair and delivery without a hassle. Did 70 miles so far and it all works well. Thanks guys for the great work, highly recommended! If any repairs are needed in the future i know where to go.
Good response to scooter issues. Service and break-down completed in a week. Good value for money. Scooter working well but have to get horn fixed still. Need to organise this with them
