Back in January this year I was no longer entitled to tax credits so I had a knock back of nearly £150 a week, work was quiet also, but I managed to ride it out until March 2024 when I lost my job and had no choice other than to take sub contractor job out, so I had a long wait until I managed to have any money coming through the system as they want a full 30 invoice from myself and another 30 days to pay out into my bank account. I rung my two accounts with look again and freemans to explain this and they said phone calls and letters would stop. They didn't..... I was bombarded with phone calls, emails and letters saying I was in arrears and to act now so to speak. So I managed to pay a good chunk of Aprils payment then went on my app to check if payment went through ok, it did. Had April's statement through and on my app it said l, 'payment due 13th may' so as you do you think nothing else of it as it's around my 1st payday on 15th so I can ring look again up and I could make a phone or internet payment and catch up that way. Had another phone call a few days ago chasing up the payment due on 13th lime it said on my app. She said payment or a phone call was due end of April in full. Starting to get confused myself now as I only rung them up explaining myself again to another person and payment was due regardless of what the app said, the person I was trying to talk to just didn't understand and reading what was on front of her so I put the phone down. Noticed yesterday Freeman's Grattan group have put a missed payment (X2 one for each catalogue) on my credit file (been squeaky clean on it for 24 months) can't fault this company for all the help they've given me. I have MS and have mental health problems also trying to work being in constant pain all day is also giving me a low mood. Can't see what the problem is I've gone above and beyond to give them what I had after paying my mortgage and other priority bills, I have gone approximately three or four weeks in arrears, that's just under £90 I am not thousands behind with you. Even had my car breaking down since February when my clutch went having £600 to find for that, my MOT is due 14/05/24 and having work done on that bit by not also, I've explained all this!!!!! What is your problem??

Have been with LA for many years and can’t fault them….except for one thing…. Offers. Now I have to shop with freemans in order to benefit from the offer. I don’t want a separate account for another catalogue. Very misleading. Please reinstate offers on Look Again without having to buy from freemans.
Order was placed on a Thursday, expectant day for delivery was Tuesday but got it on the Saturday so can't complain. Excellent service.
Ordered an item - got email notification to say will be with you with 5 working days. After this point it went down hill rapid. Item never shown 2 weeks later, I go on live chat and they will log investigation. No update, so I log on again another chat, yes you will have a credit. I want the item and I think the delivery should be free and express. We can order it again and you will have to wait 7-8 days! Give you delivery for free, but wait! So I will have not updates from yourselves, I will have to chase the item again and again - what level of service are you offering customers!

I've used this company for many many years now and have been mostly pleased with the overall service I've received. The only thing I don't like much, which is why I've marked it one star down, is the way you return things. I dislike printing out a label and returning to an Evri shop as mine is not that local! If I ever couldn't use a car, I would have difficulty in returning items.
