If i could put -5 stars I would. Wheeere do I start on a matter that’s been going on for MONTHS now? So i bought a microneedling set for $150 with one wand and 3 attachments and a Moroccainoil hair oil (50ml). I receive the microneedling device with only 2 attachments (the smallest attachment was missing). I also noticed that the hair oil was missing. So I followed the instructions and submitted an enquiry telling the customer service team. They sent me a return postage form and label. I returned the item following the instructions. The return cost me something around $30. Posted the return on the 27 of Feb 2024. I’ve had to follow up THREE times now and send a copy of the receipt again and again. Also side note i am 5 months postpartum with twins and bought this as a gift for myself. The amount of stress that this has caused me is actually stupid. I don’t need this in my life. I just need my $150 back because… twins. I will never shop here again and will not hold back on my disgusting experience with this online store. I am contemplating going to ACCC with this because it’s actually theft. OH AND I FORGOT TO ADD: when i first told the customer service team that the third attachment was missing, they told me “do you just want to keep it as is and we can sell it to you for $120. I look online and see that the set that i bought for $150 was on SALE for, you guessed it, $120! If that isn’t theft i don’t know what is. Also i ordered a couple of other items with this order and they literally alll came at different times. So much wastage in boxes and soo confused. They would package 1 item per 1 big box. How is that economical and environmentally friendly?!

Look Fantastic continually informed the order status, as they had trouble sourcing 8 cans. I received an email from them, and PayPal, to advise they were unable to source the last can and was credited immediately. I have never had such fantastic service! Like? You have a good selection of the hair product I like. My problem is …you state items over $30 plus dollars the postage is free..and takes 4/5 days…ok…but I tried numerous times close the sale but it always came up with a postage charge of $6..plus!!! So until I purchased an extra that put my package over $54 plus did I get a free delivery. I tried to contact you but you do not have a phone number or at least one a customer may contact….
I ordered x2 eyeliners and got sent a sunscreen. I have tried to contact the company - links in the email and on website don't work. I tried to create an account to allow me to email them, again, didn't work. Absolutely impossible to contact them about the problem.
