I recently had an issue with the quality of my last order. This was quickly resolved with a new pair of leggings arriving within a couple of days. Thanks to Emily and Charlotte for resolving the issue so quickly.

Love the leggings - they fit well & are comfy, but they do not last & the warranty is only 60days. I ordered some in Oct 2023, by March 2024 they had torn at the seam. I ordered again in Dec 2023 & today these tore at the seam. To be fair to customer services, they did offer me a 20% refund for the ones I bought in Oct. I would expect products advertised as high quality to last longer. This is frustrating as they are so comfy but seem to need replacing every 5 months. I’m now torn about spending the money on more, or just sticking with cheap Primark leggings that long outlive these 😭 Tearing at the inside seam looks to be a common complaint - please fix this and they will be perfect!
Had an amazing experience with Lovall, especially with Charlotte who helped me to resolve my issue with delivery. My parcel has not been delivered by their partner and turns out it has been lost in the system. Charlotte was very supportive from the beginning and she issued new parcel for me with next day delivery service. Great company and amazing customer support!

I had the best experience with Lovall customer service - I ordered a few jeans which got lost in Evri's system - once this was confirmed they sent out another set on next day delivery. Eventually the original order turned up and they offered a 20% discount if I wanted to keep any of the origional pairs - which I did. Customer service were super responsive and lovely to deal with. Thank you especially to Charlotte who was looking after me the whole way through. The jeans are also so amazing - they fit so well and make me feel slim (I had to size down) - plus they don't give around the knees and the ankles are tight fitting which has been a bug bear of mine with other brands as I have small ankles and they always gape! Can't recommend them enough! They are my new go-to jean brand!

I have bought several pairs of leggings from Lovall and can highly rate everything in terms of quality, comfort, sizing and style. I recently had an issue with one pair of leggings and this was dealt with and resolved really quickly by Charlotte. Thanks so much! I’ll definitely remain a Lovall customer.
I’ve bought from Lovall on multiple occasions and love the quality of their leggings. With my most recent purchase I had an issue. I contacted the customer services team and within 2 hours I’d had a response. It was resolved immediately and they actioned what they said they’d do straight away. It’s rare these days to receive customer service like this, and I’m pleased with how quickly it was dealt with!
I have ordered so many times from Lovall and before love leggings. Leggings are always top quality!! I recommend them to anyone that asks. Always been super helpful and efficient if a problem has ever arisen.
Charlotte was extremely quick and helpful. I purchased some leggings which pilled and I was reassured this wasn't the quality standard Lovall expect and they quickly helped to resolve the issue.
Great service from Emily. Thank you for resolving my issue so quickly after I contacted them about an issue with my maternity leggings. The leggings are so comfy and such a good thickness especially when baby bump is getting bigger!
The service you get of this company is very good and quick I would recommend using. Enquiries are dealt with very quickly. Will definitely use again.
Awful. I have worn and washed my leggings a couple of times and they have come apart at the seams. I contacted Lovall and they are saying they aren't faulty? They clearly are and customer service are really unhelpful. They offered me 20 percent refund. Or 20 percent towards my next purchase. As if I would ever purchase again from these scammers. Disgusting way to treat customers. I also bought jeans and another pair of leggings and wish I hadn't now. How do you expect to run a business when you scam customers out of money. Don't waste your hard earned money on this trash. UPDATE They refused to refund me and sent a replacement instead now after one wear the replacement is showing the same fault. They won't refund me. I can't believe they that customers like this. Disgusting scammers.
Emily has been amazing at helping me out with a problem I had with some leggings. Replacements were sent speedily and comms were great. Highly recommend customer services.
Deplorable customer services. I want to return one out of two pairs of leggings but I have not received the return label and have been unable to get a response from the company by email and the iPhone line says “Unfortunately our phone lines are switched off”
The customer service is 2nd to none. I have nothing but praise for them and their products. First class !
Great quality leggings just wish their customer services team actually responded!!! I’ve had to use Instagram messaging as can’t find another option 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve had no confirmation email and despite repeated requests no returns label !!! I just want to return the unwanted items please and get my money back!!! Grace was initially very helpful but she seems to have disappeared now please sort this out !!! As great as your leggings are it’s putting me off buying again
Great quality leggings at a reasonable price. I bought a few pairs and am happy with my purchases. I did need to contact the customer service team and the service provided by Emily was outstanding, prompt response and dealt with very quickly. Best customer service I have received from a business in a while and will recommend to friends in the future.
I can not thank the customer service team and in particular Emily. I ordered 2 Paris of leggings and when one arrived with a hole I contacted them. She was so helpful and arranged for a new pair to be send out straight away. Amazing service. Thank you
